If you are fine with horrible service and condescending attitudes then this is the place. Otherwise, don’t bother coming to this location at all. I avoid this location at all costs. The 2 women here are not at all helpful and truly rude.

I've a customer of this post office branch for about 15-years. The ladies who work at the counter are generally pleasant, but move super slowly. One of them can be argumentative and spicy. I used to go there with her, but I'm evolving. My biggest complaint is their arbitrary hours. They close the entire operation for lunch, like 1-2 pm or something .... Why can't they take turns for lunch so that the PO can stay open??? This isn't Mayberry and employees lock up and go home or lunch. I've had deliveries delayed because they were closed for lunch during business hours. Last Saturday, I arrived to pick a package that had been delivered the day before. Of course, the package hadn't been put in my box yet, but the worse part is that the lobby doors were closed and locked at 11:40 am even though they don't close until 12 pm. There were several customers, like me, who thought they had arrived before closing, but couldn't be serviced since they closed early. I guess their closing time is a suggestion and not one they abide by.

Stop hiring old people! Hire people that are qualified to do the job and not because they are nice. There was an older lady on a busy Wednesday right before a national holiday and the line without the door, not only did she take her sweet time she was extremely slow and refused help when it was offered. I repeat, please stop hiring old people that can’t do the job right or accurately or need assistance, especially when they’re the only one staffed on a busy weekday.

I'm an elderly man in a wheelchair. I come to the post office at 4:15. The post office close at 4:30. I pulled the door but the doors closed the lady that works there at this particular time. On Monday the 3rd of June told me I could not come in because they're closed and it was clearly 4:15. She told me well. I got enough people in here. If I can get to you by 4:30 and take care of these people I take care of you. Then about 4:30 she screamed out the door at me again. Well I'm sorry I can't take care of you and I was clearly there before the place close. I shouldn't have the experience. Something like that being a elderly man in a wheelchair. She was so rude with you would not give me her name or anything

When I go to this location, Mrs. Valerie is the one who keeps everything running smoothly. It's like she's the engine that keeps this place going! Whenever I need to do something here, I always enjoy talking to her because she's so friendly and nice. It makes the whole experience much more enjoyable.

I sat in the parking lot for 15 min so that I can make sure that I was here at 8 am when this location opened. Of course the door was opened at 8:02am. This is unacceptable! Get to work in time enough to make sure that the location is open at 8am!
