I made an appointment for a passport application. I had to take a day off from work because there business hours are from 10am-3pm. Which is impossible for any working person to be there on that time. When I get to the post office they told me the person that does the passport won’t be there and there is nothing they can do about it. It’s so frustrating they don’t even consider how people rearrange their lives to do that and they don’t even care.

I’ve been waiting for my mail from the IRS. The IRS said my package was mailed out on the 24th of June, I should receive it in 5-10 days every day I check the mailbox and nothing. Is it that someone is stealing it or it wasn’t sent out? I would hate to think they would steal something that they shouldn’t even be allowed to cash.

I don't think all the people are bad that work here at this post office, but they really need to get rid of the majority of them. I have been having issues with this post office for over five years now. They will return your package to sender because they don't want to deliver it. They will say your driveway is blocked and won't deliver the package. Anything that requires them to leave their little delivery van, they won't do it. They mark my package as undeliverable. Then said they are not going to deliver it because it's heavy. Why take a job if you can't perform it and then make the customer suffer because you are lazy. It's completely despicable. If you are not happy with your job, leave and find something better. Don't make us the customer suffer.

Not a good post office! How is this a USPS and they don’t even answer the phone? They marked my package as delivered but didn’t even leave me a key in my mailbox to access the parcel locker! I had to end up submitting service request online because it seems I can’t get in touch with anyone in the store either they lack professionalism there or they are just sloppy either way I can’t come in until weekend for my issue with my package because I have work next two days! I am very upset says delivered to parcel locker but with no key! At that point might as well say NOT DELIVERED! I’ll give you guys one tip well actually two do your job properly and pay attention! Because that’s just sloppiness not a mistake!

Worst post office ever, a bunch of incompetent thieves. I have had them scan things as delivered that have never even left the post office. I have been lucky enough to recover my items twice but not so lucky on other occasions. I currently have an open case but have yet to hear from anyone. Even today they say they are holding a package at the post office at my request but I never requested it I am vision impaired and can not get to the post office. I live in an apartment yes but there are lock boxes and a mail room. I really don’t get it and for the life of me don’t know why these people still have jobs.

This location is so u professional. They close the store at 4:45 pm although they should be servicing customers untill 5pm. Rochelle Willis is the supervisor of this location supposedly and I have asked the clerks Multiple times to speak with her and she fails to do so each time. My mail is on hold and they cannot locate my mail day after day. I will be taking further action to report this location for their unethical practices that violate 39 U.S. Code § 101 - Postal policy.

I never received my package and when I filled out the “where is my package form”, I was told based on their gps the package was delivered. They would not take any accountability. Well months later I receive an emailed from the seller stating USPS returned the package to the seller. They clearly didn’t even check for my package, only checked their lousy gps system.

If u don’t want to deliver packages because u have to walk up the stairs…find another job it’s a shame every time packages are delivered here we either get note in the mailbox saying they made an attempt or they say the address is wrong…which is a lie every time! There is always somebody home we been here for years..And when they do deliver to the door they leave it on the first floor for someone to steal it if they don’t steal it themselves…this is getting beyond ridiculous to have to got to the post office to pick up packages every single delivery

I went to this location get a passport. I had an appointment and arrived early. I was informed that their camera is down and I was referred to the CVS down the street to get the photo taken. Afterwards, I returned to the post office and got the passport application take care of. There was only one person up front and she was very efficient for working by herself. 1 star was deducted for the inconvenience of the camera not working.

They are stealing mail. It says its delivered but I never received it in the mailbox. I guess everytime something looks like a check, people want to grab it for themselves. This has happened more than once and I've filed reports. They always state that they'll update me but I never get an update. I'm so sick of this. These people need to do better.
