DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! gO TO CVS (2444 Wesley chapel) I give this Walgreens below one star! I'm pregnant and dropped my RX off at 3:30 and was told to come back 30 mins later to pick up almost 4 hours later I waited on hold for over 30 mins and someone kept putting me back on hold so I drove to the place and had to wait addition time to get my RX ! I also gave my insurance when I came in originally and had to wait and revive all of my information again ! They are the worst! They are beyond slow and unhelpful DO NOT go here there is a CVS down the street and I swear they fill your RX within minutes no matter how short staffed and also there were 4 different people behind the pharmacy at this Walgreens not sure why they are so slow or what is going on but do not go here !!!

The pharmacist Kendrick and his harem of poorly trained female pharmacy techs couldn't be bothered with a bit of customer service. I have been to this place before and it just gets worse with the employees. They continue to protect bad employees rather than fire and hire professionally trained staff members. I am a patient of the pharmacy department and they treat me like I'm a bug on the bottom of their shoe. I am asking to use my insurance, and they rather not use my insurance and make me pay $130 out of my pocket. And the store manager Andrew is hugely condescending and placating. I don't need a cruise director to handle my problems. This store needs leader ship which they are lacking.

People is pharmacy could use more training in customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Called to fill a prescription and person who answered phone didn't want to be bothered. Came up with several reasons not to do it. Also told me I didn't have anything to pick up which I know I do.

This has to be the most incompetent Walgreens. The service and poor attitudes of these pharmacy women I received that was unwarranted nor provoked is a prime example why customers go ballistic on retail workers. They tried to push me there. Good thing for them I had a headache and a cold, and a sore throat, hence why I was there in the first place. Went through the drive through, at 10:30am on Saturday. Waited 40mins to be helped. Get to the window, she takes another 10mins getting this together walking around. I had to keep repeating my information, until finally after 50mins total from arrival to assistance I was done. I asked when can I pick it up, she said 12pm. I received a text stating my order was ready at 12pm. I gave them time to get it together, paid online, got a QR code receipt and got back to the drive thru at 3:30pm. At 4:45pm! It's finally my turn. I get up there, this woman is acting new. Dence even. Here is the QR code, it's paid. 10mins later she comes back stating I owed $9. How? I paid the full balance online. Come to find out they added an additional item I did not want. I guess not reading what was actually being picked up, they just threw the order in, then had an attitude because they had to correct it and get an override. I left there at 5:25pm! Never again. Negative 5 stars. These people have no idea what customers are going through or in need of for wellness. If any service person, although service is a dying occupation, should be prompt and helpful, it needs to be these folks. Run away from this location, go to Covington hwy/Hairston rd location instead if necessary. Horrible, and slow. In one day, they single handed took 3 hours of my life and weekend I can never get back.

I had the worst customer service experience at this Walgreen's location this afternoon. My order was rung incorrectly so I brought it to the clerk's attention. He expected me to pay it & I expected him to correct it. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to so I asked him to ask a manager for assistance. She walked over as if she had been disturbed & was completely rude and short with me & the clerk. It was absolutely uncalled for and I certainly wouldn't have her on the front line in a managerial position. I am extremely appalled & disappointed with the service and based on previous reviews, this is obviously their standard.

This Walgreens is not the best but also not the worst. The employees keeps the shelves stocked and many of the employees are friendly. It's definitely a great choice if you don't want to deal with the onslaught of Walmart and don't mind spending the extra money compared to Walmart.

I usually don't complain but this Walgreens has terrible customer service. As a Clinician I am aware of the demand that is placed on Pharmacies, but Walgreens should consider adequate staffing because the employees seem burned out. I am always met with an attitude. I am tech savvy. So I have utilized the express pay option online and STILL ended up waiting 45 minutes for them to hand me my meds. My son is sick and a prescription was called in. I missed a call AND received an email stating that there was an insurance issue, so I called to speak to a pharmacist. She was so Short with me, as if I were calling to talk to her for fun. She took my information and said "so how can I help you your prescription isn't ready?...So I stated AGAIN that I was called about an insurance problem. And she said NO they both have a copay so There's no problem so what can I help you with?...I didn't call you it must've just been automated. Even if it was automated I wanted to resolve the issue so my medicine could be received, if it is that difficult to have common courtesy maybe you should escalate your concerns with your job or place of employment with a higher up, not taking your frustration out on customers who are calling with inquiries. Nothing worse than dealing with a rude employee when you're already stressed about illness.
