Why I am on hold for more than 30 minutes. The computer came on and told me they were busy to try again later. I think it's rude, also to put people on hold without the customer agreeing to it and they don't pick the phone back up.

If you’re going to have 1 person running the whole place invest in self checkout. Don’t nobody got time to be waiting 20 minutes trying to check out.

Customer service they have none. It is not the fault of the customers that you are under staffed. But to be rude is unacceptable. I came to bring $800 to your store and you take $500 and so I can't do it. The fact I had to go to the manager not the manager coming to me and she nasty oh no. Eventually she did it but it was like pulling teeth. Don't worry about I won't be back ever....you ain't never got a worry about that. If you know like I know stay away from Walgreens on Covington Hwy in Lithonia. Terrible customer service from staff and management.

I absolutely hate going in here! They are not friendly, they act bothered when you ask for assistance and the lines are long for no reason. One person is on the register while two other people are just floating around the store not really doing anything and when you ask, can you check me out? No, it has to be here at this register where there’s five people in line and the cashier is moving slower than a snail! Worst customer service ever!

Will literally let you stand in line for 30 min straight without any assistance… I just wanted to know if they sold a certain vitamin.. gosh what a waste of time and it’s not like they didn’t have the staff one lady sweeping even though she sees people in line the guy he’s walking around and the other lady she just ignores you …

Called at 7:30pm (the store closes at 9 today) to see why my seizure meds were cancelled, was on hold until the store closed. The phone was picked up and then placed on hold. Like? Guess I’ll die. Would not recommend calling up here if you need any assistance.

Not only was she kind, patient, and knowledgeable, but she also took the extra step to call me and ensure my order was accurate. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. This is our neighborhood Walgreens drug store and we have been going for a long time. Whenever I want something, they usually have it (i.e candy, press on nails 💅🏿, finger cots, etc). When we go, the familiar faces already know who we are. We frequent this location often. Thank you for reading my review everyone 😊

This Walgreens has the most polite associates. I was truly satisfied with how kind and helpful they were. One young lady even helped me find an item while she was on her break!

don’t go for photos if printing from phone . i was in a rush . they didn’t have a cord . then when i said i’ll go get my own . they insisted i wait just for them to tell me they couldn’t provide me with one . so instead of just printing here which would’ve probably been slow i went some where else

The service was awful, terrible, disgusting, and honestly disturbing. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The store manager, Kamilah, sets poor standards for the team to follow. Immediately choose any other store/pharmacy if you have the chance; it would be a saving grace for you if you did.
