Chris was an exceptional helper today. When I needed to know where something was he told me what aisle to go to right away and even when I couldn’t find the item. He personally showed me where to find what I was looking for.

Tali Golan was amazing. I scheduled my children’s sports physical and needed a last minute appointment for both of them. Not only did she do both, but our follow up appointment the following day was even better. She was super patient with my “active” 5 year old and made him feel like he was a part of the appointment. I would recommend this Walgreens clinic if you live in the Atlanta area. It’s worth the drive. Easy to schedule and she is super attentive and amazing with children. Thank you Tali!!

They are very inconvenient at the pharmacy, no help never have my whole prescription like I love wasting my gas to come back up here the next day.

I've never been to an unhelpful drug store such as this one! The pharmacy staff here are very bland and vague. Every other Walgreens I've visited had pharmacy employees who were very helpful and friendly. I needed help locating something otc and was told (nonchalantly) if I didn't see it, they didn't have it. Neither did they recommend a similar product or replacement. Anyone else would have helped me search or pretended to help. The front end staff isn't friendly either.

I went to pick up my prescriptions and Maya who said she was the manager told me they close in 15 minutes so they can’t fill the prescription. I informed her the recording told me the medicine was available that’s why I’m here to pick it up. I asked her to send the medicine to a different pharmacy so I can pick it up. She flat out told me no. Slammed the phone down and walked away.

Kimberly was so amazing today and she helped me with prescription l. She stopped what she was doing to insure I was okay and I so appreciate it. There are really good people that work here!

On 09/30/2024, Walgreens documented that it gave me a partial refill (10 of 60) of a prescribed medication, but only gave me (5 of 60) pills.
On 10/04/2024, I informed Walgreens pharmacist about its error, which Walgreens denied then implied that I was a liar trying to get free medication. Walgreens did not correct its error.
Lesson learned: Do not trust Walgreens' ability to count medication; Count your partially filled medication(s) before you leave its pharmacy.

The medical facility that is there that is sponsored by Piedmont is the best I've been to in the city The staff always get you in and out The service is excellent and the staff really and truly cares about their patients I would suggest this facility to anyone Thank you.

They have great service for the pharmacy and the Piedmont minute clinic. The prices are very reasonable and the nurse practitioner is very kind and knowledgeable. They also are fully stocked in grocery products and snacks. This Walgreen locate is great for quick medical trips or groceries.

Clear marking on the shelves. Store was neat and there are aisle labels and categories to help narrow down your search. Store organized and clean.
