I wasn’t even able to be serviced… I had a 9am appointment that was set last week. When I got there the techs were running late and the girl at the front was frazzled and confused. I checked in and then waited until 11am when they told me they didn’t have the proper lug nuts and that I would have to go get them elsewhere but couldn’t tell me what lug nuts to get or where to get them. The “manger” Sheldon acted clueless about what to do when I asked him what did I need do to resolve this situation, since I had purchased all the items from Walmart, I wanted Walmart to fix it. He was very unenthusiastic and I ended up getting a refund for the service. FYI be prepared to deal with incompetence and sluggish behavior when going to get serviced for auto care… it’s a mess really.

Made an appointment for an oil change online, arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled time and was literally in and out. You can tell the staff were being overworked with orders but they still honored my appointment time and got me in and out fast. The only problem I had is I never received a car sticker for my oil change (Again, they were pretty busy)so I have to guess when to come back but I definitely will return.

Signs says open at 7am got here 6:45 to be in and out. It’s now 7:30 and they are still not open diue to no technician being here. This is absolutely ridiculous. How does Walmart allow this to happen. I called corporate and filed a complaint….doubt it does anything!!!

I’ve came up here three times within two weeks for an oil chnage and they never had the oil. They told me I can buy all the materials separate from the oil change and they would do the service, but it would cost significantly more ?♀️

I went in to get just an oil change at the Walmart FAIRINGTON LITHONIA auto care center. The auto center opened an hour late because they needed 2 service technicians to be on shift in order to open... one of the technicians was an hour late getting to work. So, I waited almost an hour before they were able to start working on my car. Then, they completed the oil change in about 30 minutes.Employees were friendly and aside from the auto center opening late, I experienced no major hassles nor issues.Service: Oil change

If you've got to deal with Walmart Auto Care THIS is the only one to deal with. They are professional and know what they are doing. I had 2 Walmarts and 1 Sam's Club refuse to do change my battery because it's "too much work" but they changed it!I'll be be back for sure!

This place is ridiculously unprofessional. Went in to get an oil change. They have 5 workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. I asked for an oil change and they told me they weren’t servicing anyone else. At 6:30. They close at 7. Said they didn’t have the man power. So what were the 5 workers doing?!? Like I said standing around. Don’t go here if you want ANYTHING done. Not worth it. They don’t want your money, obviously neither do Walmart cuz they allow this behavior. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME.

Says this place opens at 7. I've been in line since 7:50. It's now 8:50 and they're STILL not open. An employee come out around 8:20 and told us he's been there since 6:50 and no one else is there and he can't do it by himself. I hate this place.

Poor customer service! No one is customer oriented and seems like they hate their jobs. With all these bad reviews and the experience remains the same, I’m thinking WalMart execs don’t care because of this stores location.Service: Tires

The Walmart on Fairington is a dud. The manager needs to be replaced and the staff upgraded. I suspect they think it's the hood so no one matters they can all receive substandard service. The Auto Care Center didn't even answer the phone.

Please read this Helpful review, You will SAVE YOUR CAR, MONEY, TIME etc from being Wasted plus not having to deal with Bad customer/auto service.DON'T BRING ANY OF YOUR CARS/VEHICLES TO THIS Walmart Auto Care Center, MOST OF THE TIME THEY ALWAYS TEND TO LOSE TRACK OF WHERE THEY PUT YOUR KEYS or LOSE YOUR KEYS WHERE YOU'LL NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN.As this could possibly lead to you spending money to replace your keys OR You dealing with corporate/management on getting them to pay for it.This location tends to get most workers who don't like their job especially in the auto care center department that needs new/better management to get things in order while replacing the current workers for this Auto Care Center department. One of my family members recently went through the unnecessary drama of them losing her keys taking them almost 3 hours to find them then the oil change service was done. (Sometimes this leads to no service performed for your vehicle due to other things happening at this location). If I was told about this was the location they were going to I would've told them go to another Walmart OR Other Auto Service/Repair Shop as I would've saved them from going through the trouble of this location. When this same thing happened to me 3 or 4 years ago at this same location they really lost my keys, I was furious at them about it while telling them you wasted my time and This was the reason my oil change wasn't done on that day. Fortunately I had my spare key with me then I drove off to another place to get my oil change done while making sure that I'll NEVER take any of my rides here to this location ever again for auto service.

Good service and friendly but get there early because they are always busy. On 4-20-23 went to exchange a Max car Battery because the one I had was not working. Found out that the new batteries only have a life of 3 years now. Received great customer service on this visit. Visit 8-8-23 for tires to be rotated and balanced. All so one tire repair with screw in it.

The most horrible experience I have ever had in the world. The team member Antonio was the rudest. The manager Hunt need to train his employees to have better customer service. This is not the walmart standard that I know nor have experience anywhere else.

Checked in at 12:45pm for a battery replacement and oil change. Was told I had no other cars ahead of me and it shouldn’t be long. Though the young man working the counter and another gentleman who was helping were very nice and courteous (the ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1), I did not get my truck until 3:50. I had to go back because they did not refill my windshield washer fluid. The manager did not seem to care when I shared my disappointment with the poor customer service/attention to detail. I left only to notice shortly after, they didn’t even switch out my oil change sticker. They had more than enough people working to have that type of service completed much sooner than 3 hours. Just unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.Service: Auto battery replacement
