HORRIBLE, the pharmacy representative who I spoke with cut me off and put me on hold and never came back to the phone! I spoke with customer service and all they did was transferred me to the same thing.Update: they answered the phone after waiting for 2 HOURS and now they are saying there is a customer ahead of me and cut me off AGAIN. Don’t visit here.

I waited a very long time to get a prescription filled for my son only to find out that they were unable to fill it. I did not know there was an issue. They told me 30 minutes and it was already a hour and a half. They told me that they were trying to reach my doctor and I continued to wait. I called my doctor only to find out that they never attempted to call my doctor. My doctor called the pharmacy to find out what the issue was with filling the prescription and I heard the pharmacist telling my doctor that I needed to just wait until she was able to get to it. Her attitude was very unprofessional and no customer should have to experience that. On top of the confusion with my son’s prescription, she insisted that the price of my prescribed medication refill was higher than I’ve ever paid. After spending several hours trying to get a resolution, I requested both prescriptions to be transferred to another Walmart. I rather take a further drive to receive respectable and professional service. This pharmacy needs structure, organization, and professionalism.

If I could give more stars I honestly would. They worked hard with my doctor and insurance company to get my diabetic testers timely and at a great price! Thank you to the whole staff for keeping me up to date and helping me the whole way?

This store is always under stocked, under staffed, and customer service is terrible. Management is almost, always unavailable and never visible in the store. This store has a lack of variety for merchandise and groceries, compared to other Walmart stores.

Pharmacy took forever just to enter my insurance info and told me i had the wrong birthday. Then i waited 30 minutes just for them to bag my stuff and give it to me. Don't send your stuff here

I like the set up of the entire store, it unique from all of the other Walmarts that I have been to. Items seem to be well stocked and this store has a lot of variety around the entire store from different brands of each product.

The pharmacist would not fill my written prescription without doctor approval - which is what a written prescription is. She recommended I try other Walmart pharmacies because they might not check. No thanks.

They would rather risk a customer's life than tell them to go to another store because the ordered medication is not in stock. Of course no phone call to the doctor, no calling around to the other Walmarts to see if it is in stock there.
