Everything was fine ordering the food and getting the food. The problem is the chicken tenders I ordered were cooked in burnt grease. When I got home and opened the box Everything smelt burnt. The chicken tasted like burnt grease you know like you been frying chicken with flour on it all day. The grease needed to be changed out. My son and I couldn't eat the tenders. Why would you guys think it's OK to send food out like that? I am pretty sure I am not the only one who got a batch of those tenders today.

I visited the drive-thru for a salad. The customer service was satisfactory, but my only complaint is waiting behind two other cars for 10 minutes before received my food.

So usually I have no complaints, But last night I ordered a kiddies meal chicken tenders a number 4 and the 4 for $3 southern shrimp.... I knew when I picked up the box and felt how light it was that there was going to be something wrong. I literally had to go to Zaxbys website to remind myself if what a #4 looked like. My toast was missing and it looked like I got someone's half eaten meal. I was way too tired to return to the location, because I didn't realize any of this until I got home. Now if i ever return to a Zaxbys I'm going to have to start checking my food and I didnt have to do this before. I am so disappointed!!! I was looking forward to this meal. Smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!

I don’t wrote many reviews but today I just had to. I only have 30 minutes for lunch break an me so I came to this Zaxby’s as it is only 2 minutes from my job. I get to the intercom and there’s only 2 cars ahead of me. I sit at the intercom for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted, even saying “hello!?” A few times with no answer. I then pull around to the window to see what’s going on and I’m met with someone hanging out the window telling me “We are in caos, go BACK around and try to place your order again.” I then go back around and try to place my order and the staff member screams at me to “speak up!” And then when I try to order an Asian zensation salad they yelled “We don’t have no Asian slaw to put on top of the salad!” At this point I left because I didn’t come to be yelled at on top of the establishment not having food. This Zaxby’s needs to do better, this is the only Zaxby’s that I come to and the service is HORRIBLE. And it’s consistently horrible.

After paying and receiving poor service, I suggest the company require their employees to have a GED or high school diploma. We all learned direction-following skills in school, which seem to be lacking with your staff.

Close This Location Down Tonight! I went for a chicken finger plate! First of all I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before being greeted! My order came out wrong, cold, & disgusting! I call to speak with a manager Jasmine, and was hung up on! I called back again and she told the other gentleman to tell me that she was taking an order and couldn’t come to the phone! Oh & She’s the 1 that took my order and got it wrong! While on the phone there is Nothing but talking, laughing. When you get to the window there is the strongest aroma of Marijuana coming out of this place! I can’t believe this mess! Shut it Down!! Tenders supposed to be dipped, bread should be toasted, fries burnt & stale!

Every time we go to the Panola Rd location in Lithonia Ga the service is terrible either they don’t have what you want to order or the order is incorrect. They also make you wait forever in the drive thru for your food even when the line isn’t that long. They really need to learn customer service skills and inventory to ensure they have menu items customers come there for. I usually don’t write reviews but the service here needs a real upgrade.

This was my first time going to this location. I had placed a pick up order for a Cobb salad, chicken loaded fries, and funnel cake. Once I got there I waited for 15 mins after my scheduled time to pick up which I was fine with I understand they were under staff. But I was not fine with them being careless and giving me anything, I had no dressing in the bag for my salad and I was missing a funnel cake. I told them I didn’t have any dressing and no funnel cake. I was told they didn’t have no more of the dressing (I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me before handing me the bag so I can substitute). I waited 10 minutes for the funnel cake to be really hard and didn’t put paper in the container so the funnel cake won’t burn through the plastic. I had to throw it away because of the plastic all over the funnel cake and I wasn’t feeding that to my daughter. The loaded fries tasted old and I threw that away. They are too careless and no one is checking the bags.
