Came to this location needing to discuss my bill. I was immediately greeted & assisted. We were able to lower my bill but also get me & my kids new phones! This is my new store. They care about their customers & make sure that you get quality for what you pay.

I went in to update my iPhone to the 16 Pro Max.
The AT&T associate was very helpful in my process. She wasn’t the most friendly, but she answered my questions & helped me through the process. She did her job.

I went into the store at the Locust Grove location to upgrade my son's phone. And I encountered Joseph P. He was very helpful and very professional. He had all of the answers that I needed. So I was convinced by his service to leave him a review. So if anyone is looking to upgrade or get new service go and see Joseph P. He will do a awesome job for you.

Donavin was so helpful and knowledgeable! He explained every offer AT&T is currently offering and spent a great deal of time with us helping us upgrade our phones. Dylan was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Both are personable and great representatives for AT&T!

If you’re not making a purchase the associates don’t care to help you,,My phone which was purchased from ATT last year and wasn’t working properly therefore I walked in and asked for help which one associate was helping someone the other young lady was sitting down without a customer ,she offered to help me but it didn’t last for long ,After she found out what I needed help with she suggested I go to another location.
When did it become ok while working in customer service to say I don’t know you will have to go to another store to see if someone there could help you You would’ve assisted me if I was making a purchase, I’ have always been taught and have passed on to My associates there’s no such thing as I don’t know, JUST A MINUTE LET ME FIND OUT!!!
