Amazing Customer Service with Ms.Kera today. Had trouble with calls not coming in and no voicemail set up. She worked her magic and i can use my phone again!!
She also went above to help me set up my voicemail greeting for my business. Also we tried to get internet unfortunately i am not in service area. Otherwise amazing sales person.

Jasmine at the cricket store in Locust Grove gave us the best customer service we have received in a long time. She was knowledgeable, courteous,and so friendly. We are so greatful for her help.

Jasmine the store manager was the best she helped with by switching service from Verizon to cricket and also help me save $30 a month on my bill not to mention I was having issues getting my account number and transfer pin and she called customer service and got it done with no problem. She has best customer service and I recommend a raise and a higher pistion

The store manager Jasmine was the best. She has the best customer service and she was super nice to me and my five year old. She even saved me 30 dollars a month on my service.
