Dollar General is quite the convenient spot to shop when you don’t want to hit up a big box. Almost always I find what I need and probably way more than I need honestly. Each time I walk in I am greeted and they know me and my kids from frequent visits. My kids want to go there every day. The staff is quite helpful and anytime I am looking for something and it’s not in stock Kate will let me know if/when it will come.

I had a very frustrating experience at Dollar General today. I tried to use a valid manufacturer coupon, and when the cashier wasn’t sure about it, she asked for clarification from another employee, Kate. Instead of checking the policy or even attempting to scan the coupon, Kate simply responded with “Uh uh, nope”—no explanation, no effort, just pure dismissal.
There was zero effort to provide good customer service, no explanation, and no attempt to help. It was clear she just didn’t want to be bothered. Manufacturer coupons are meant to be accepted, and if there was an issue, she should have at least explained why rather than shutting it down with attitude.
This is exactly the kind of bad customer service that drives people away. I won’t be shopping at this location again, and I’d recommend others take their business somewhere that actually values customers.

Its kinda skibidi and their wernt alot of gyatts but baby gronk and kai cenat were very cheap to rizz up so three stars for you my itsy bitsy sigmas

It says they remodeled so we stop by it was okay customer service was great found what we needed and walked out the door

DG is a few minutes up the road from our house. It beats dealing with the ridiculous traffic going into town. Extremely friendly staff & great selection!

This placed is always stocked and staff is always nice and helpful, even after a rude customer. Def my favorite DG location!

This is by far the worst Dollar General stores I’ve been to. They are never stocked with items, shelves are always empty & they are very unorganized. I tried calling to the store about a purchase I left at the counter several times that day and no one ever picked up.

Nothing is ever stocked shelves of necessities are bare. It's not a staffing issue, it's a wage issue.

Went to the store to pickup a few thing and I see the worker arguing with the customer and iam not saying the customer wasn't saying crazy thing but never follow someone out the store with continue argument. Customers Services not that great there?
