I tried calling for ten minutes with no one answering the phone. My daughter left her bag of candy she had purchased in the bag at the counter. Cashier didn’t catch it. We didn’t realize until we got home. The fact that no one answers the phone tells me all I need to know. Customer service is at a zero. Now my daughter it out $8 thanks to no one caring enough to pick up a phone to assist people. I’ll never shop here again.

Take a long time for the one employee to even notice customers waiting and often times their more worried about their phone then customers

The store never has anything! It’s so frustrating so I just go to ingles where at least I will get what I need without multiple stops else where. Staffs nice

My husband and son went up there and the lady was sooo rude ! Telling them they don’t do cash back right now with an attitude like if you don’t like working with the public then don’t because even my son noticed how bad of an attitude this lady had and he’s 8 !!

Not sure what miss girl’s problem is in there (Saturday, July 15th @ 11:42 am) but if her face got any more stank, it would probably fall off. No wonder there’s always a “now hiring” sign. Can’t keep employees because they all have HORRIBLE attitudes.. like it’s everyone else’s issue that they have to be there. Shocker!
