So I went to Great clips today had really long hair and I wanted a little bit past my shoulders. I showed her where at and as soon as she cut the first piece, I knew she was cutting it too short not only that she didn’t got back to check if she got it all and I even told her I had a lot of ppl mess my hair up and I only get a couple inches off and she thought she did what I asked. She was done in five minutes and didn’t check to see if she missed anything I should of known better all great clips are bad but how to you totally make someone so unhappy and can’t just do a trim nothing special just wants a TRIM. And if you take five mins to do hair u really don’t care about your profession

Great place! I've been taking my son here since he was 2. He's now 5 and Ginger is THE BEST! She's very patient, quick, friendly, and her work is top notch. Highly recommend her, especially for children.

Checked in online. Went into store and verified I was on wait list. Was next in line on wait list for 20 minutes as they took 2 to 3 walk ins. I was reassured after they took the 1st walk in, that I was next in line. They still took 2 others. One employee would make eye contact, but wouldn't speak. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I started getting my hair cut at this location after moving to the area. Genevieve just happened to be the stylist who first cut my hair and I was happy with the results. I’m sure the rest of the staff is amazing I always get my hair cut by Genevieve. They always gave great deals and wait times are normal depending on the time of day.

Huge thanks to Amanda !! I tried to DIY a pixie cut and completely butchered it lol . I was able to show Amanda an inspo pic and she executed exactly what I was attempting to do myself . She was gentle , informative and also a great listener! Thank you Amanda !!!
