Donnie was absolutely amazing to work with and took the time to help us with a last minute issue. He went out of his way to make shirts happen for our robotics team…and the team looked fabulous in their shirts and sweatshirts. We will definitely bring using Ink It again in the future! The worst service..there were printing errors on my tshirts and he wouldn't take my calls or respond to my text messages to resolve the issue. When I filed a dispute with my credit card company, he went out of his way to make sure he kept his payment. An expensive lesson learned not to use this company again!

He takes no accountability when he makes costly printing mistakes and is not willing to correct the issue, though he keeps your money. Bad business practice.

Called to get menus printed for my restaurant. Was told they could not print until next week because of owners family emergency. I said “ ok thank you good bye”.I was then called back and yelled at for hanging up the phone by the representative. The rep then hung up.

Hands down what a great experience ... I had a order online with one of the online custom t-shirt printers , well i was down to the wire i had 123 kids fundraising t - shirts ( that i had ordered online ) late weds. they arrived as i opened the box i notice the color was wrong as i proceed to inspect them 2 words were missing 2 kids names also and they were wrong color.. So lets recap the events as they unfold i ordered 123 t shirts that arrived on a weds. i needed the shirts for a event on Friday well a friend of mine that has been getting work done by Donnie ( while he was working at skyline prints ) well we proceed to track Donnie down and to or surprise he has opened his own business called " INK IT " in the same complex on the other side we brought Donnie our problem told him what we needed and then told him the bad news was the deadline it was the following day. Donnie had all 123 shirts done that day ... unbelievable craftsmanship the detail was far superior then the online t shirts .. INK IT ask for Donnie he had 123 kids very very happy ..... thank you Donnie
