Not all hero’s wear capes!!! Ms. Rose went over and beyond to make sure my daughter’s surprise engagement was absolutely perfect! When the ring her fiancee ordered was not going to arrive in time she stepped in to immediately help. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. The ring she found was actually better than the one placed. I highly recommend her for her incredible customer service. Thank you again!

Ms. Rose was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we walked into the store and she greeted us warmly, until we said our goodbyes at the end of the sale. By then, she seemed like a trusted family friend. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to find the exact ring that I had seen online, but could not find locally in a store. I appreciate her diligence and patience and for her being such a kind soul. She seems to genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and has such an easy nature about herself. She is a “class act” and truly exemplifies the concept of customer service at its highest level!

Upgrade for my husband wedding band…
From start to finish my experience was amazing. I was helped through out my purchasing process which started with Kiya thank you so much. Mrs Rose the manager I can’t say enough about her she was wonderful. If you’re in the Locust Grove area looking for jewelry stop by Jared Vault the customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond what you could ever expect.

I had a watch that needed a link taken out and Paul got it done in 10 minutes!!!!! Like come on now, nobody is doing it that quickly, and that cheap. And he put me on to some cheap chains I’ll be coming back for during the holidays. If you need anything go holler at my man Paul. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’ve been to several Jared locations, but this one at Tanger Outlet has been the best experience by far! Matt was attentive, professional, and friendly. He had my rings cleaned and inspected quickly and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location! Thanks Matt!
