I had a wonderful experience with a very attractive ebony beauty in the store recently. She handled my return without a receipt and sold me on the idea of maximizing my purchase by taking advantage of the sale they were offering! That’s good stuff and it reflects greatly on the company as well. You can bet I will return to this store whenever I am in the area! Thank you!

I really wanted to buy a few ideas today but let me tell you. I need help and No even look my way or asked if I needed help. yet no fault of the customer it seems like your own ppl treat you like you don't have any money to spend. Walked in and walked right out. Employees are running in front of you like they're trgubf to meet a production goal in a warehouse more than acknowledge a customer. One ran right in front of me and my teen like we didn't exist, like we were a problem being in there, and so did the person who was stocking.
My advice, shop at stores where your business is appreciated.

I loves to shopping at Levi's Outlet store when prices was dropped,bad thing is when come to changing room I asked in polite she told me one minute, and bad things is she's the only one worked in the store,she was busy with phone and I'm was waiting her and she was annoying me.That time I feel want to leave the store immediately because she was busy with her phone.Excuse me girl if you want to make a called with your .bff listened carefully customer comes first and cut of your phone first.Bad Service..

I was told I couldn't go into the dressing room 30 minutes before the store was to close. Maybe that's policy, but there was no one else there and I only had 3 shirts. They had obese mannequins which frankly is ridiculous and pandering. Nope, I won't be purchasing anything else from this obviously woke-loving store anymore.
