My puppy had a appt on Friday they didn’t even remind me to bring her shot record till I showed up for her appt . To get turned down to make another appt . So I did . Well Sunday at 10:00 o drop my puppy off . Trusting the groomer ! Oh little did I know the groomer Sydney would harm my puppy. I pick her up 3 hours later get in the car to take her home . I feel her neck that has huge knots all over it . I call up there no answer o come back up there and there already closed . I take my puppy to vet next day her vet told me it was from the noose they use for dogs and they choked her . That’s what the knots was from and he prescribed her meds for her . When I confronted the manager name Maryanne and the groomer Sydney they had nothing to say. I had the papers in my hand what the groomer done to my puppy . This place is horrible I would not recommend this place to no one ! Them I get a text saying they canceled my mover appt . Not only did shop there all the time .they didn’t have the common curtsy to call me and cancel . Now we know why they don’t want us to wait in our puppies . Our babies are getting abused . And nothing is being done about this .thr manager just acted like nothing was wrong with this situation . Please don’t take your babies to this place !

I've always had a pleasant experience at Petsense. Their stock is consistent from one store to the next. I recently moved to McDonough, GA, from Pineville, LA, where I shopped at Petsense also.

The groomer Jessica is horrible!! She refused to groom my dog bc she claim I was aggressive bc she didn’t have the hair chart for how low you want the hair cut. She was rude and I don’t see how petsense or tractor supply allow her to work there. You guys should just close the grooming if you don’t care about our pets!

The Grooming department here is horrible. Jessica is never there and they don’t reach out to cancel appointments or anything. They need to just shut the whole grooming section down.

I came up here after Jessica didn’t cut my dogs nails correctly. I stayed the issues of the fact my dog also came back with ticks, the cut was patchy etc. She then proceeded to curse & get angry at me & tell me she’s the only groomer here & to not come back. They charge a good amount of money just to have you try & add extra fees & still tried to charge me extra after she didn’t do what she was supposed to do originally!

The groomer was very rude and to me not that knowledgeable. I asked for a copy of the groomers policy and they were not able to provide one. The Manager stated that she called called another groomer. Is that how you very a store policy??? The grooming services and the retail store has just lost a customer that spends a $$$$$ every month on my 4 babies.

Went to check out supplies for my rabbits. Selection was very poor. The one rabbit they had for sale is in an unacceptable environment. It had no hay to eat, no toys to chew on, or hidey hole. Poor thing looks scared and stressed, someone please come save it.

I recently took my Yorkie to get groomed. He’s been going there for over a year. They now have new groomers and because my dog barks little when he is around strange people they act like have a hard time grooming him, They wouldn’t even take him today. Love love love them been trying to get my dogs nails trimmed and sanitary area cleaned, with TLC Billy had given my dog the best experience!!! I appreciate him soo much!!! Will definitely be going back
