The products they have are great however their employees can make your shopping experience very uncomfortable. I walked in and the worker asked me what brought me in i told her and she proceeds to follow me to the aisle when i never asked for help making me extremely uncomfortable. I don’t know if this is an “anti-theft” tactic or what but i like to shop in peace when i go somewhere and i’ll personally be sticking to my local beauty supply store.

I went in looking for an all-over color. Didn't have a clue what to get. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got a full kit, and it didn't cost much more than a boxed dye at Wal-Mart. Very happy.

I'm pretty annoyed at how pushy the staff was to my husband. He didn't feel he could buy what he actually asked for without getting 3 additional products that I didn't want or need. I get that some customers are asking for advice, but he wasn't. He was trying to pick up what I asked him to get only. Now I have to make an extra trip out to return the unneeded items. The Sally in McDonough is so much better. It's just frustrating because we only live 2 miles from the one in LG. Please stop being so pushy to people that do not ask for suggestions. Thank you.

Do not trust the workers there. A lady sold me some “beginner bleach” it absolutely fried my hair. My hair is ruined and did not even lift. Why are they suggesting stuff in boxes when they work at a professional store? Why do they approach you as if they have knowledge on the products they sell? I paid 40$ to have my hair ruined.

I wish i knew the girls name that helped me today. I went in around 10am. I am so THANKFUL she talked me out of the color I had. Told me to go a shade lighter with the argan color. I listened to her and so glad i did or my color would have been to dark! Great customer service.

This is the cleanest, friendliest and most professional Sally’s store I’ve ever been to! All the associates are very helpful, especially the new store manager Morgan. She is very nice and extremely knowledgeable and gives fantastic advice! They always have plenty of stock and organized shelves. Definitely my favorite beauty store ?

They are always out or low on SUPPLIES ? Now Sunny's in Mcdonough have EVERYTHING ? So I take that 40 minute round trip with no problems ?

Went in about 5:45pm today and the 2 girls working were very unprofessional. One was sweeping the front area and talking very loudly on her phone while (personal call and had earbuds in) the one who checked me out never said anything expect do you want to buy a bag? I will not be returning, I will take my business to a customer friendly establishment. Very disappointed!

Sally’s is now charging for bags!! Young women with braids working this morning, very unfriendly to me, not helpful. Store shelves are very scarce, only had one of 5 items I was looking for.
