“Amazing place… this was my first time here and I just got emissions on 2 cars. The customer service was excellent. And the other employees coming in were friendly and polite. If I ever need some car repairs I found my place. The Lady that checked me in was amazing, she even took the time to listen to me when I told my Daughters car was having some starter problems, that when you turn the car off that it might not crank right back up, I told her it would take a few seconds. And the wait time was not long at all, was in and out”

“The mechanical shop is excellent. Jimmy, the lead mechanic is extremely knowledgeable.
However is note worthy to say that the oil change service is extremely professional. Last time I had Joah helping me and I simply had to write this review. Is so refreshing to be tended to by courteous and dedicate individual.

“I'm giving Matt 5 stars here, even though he was unable to fix my car. I'd taken it to two different mechanics over the last 6 months (with WEEKS and weeks in their shops), trying desperately to get my brakes fixed, and turned to Matt as a last resort before i ran out of money/patience to fix the car.
Matt replaced some parts, and the car brakes and behaves great, but nothing he (or any of the previous mechanics) could do to fix the uneven brake wear/grinding issue. We think it may be frame/sub-frame related, but I can't chase this down any further, and Matt was very understanding of my situation.
Matt was great to work with. He went above and beyond trying to fix this very difficult issue, even going so far as to comp me some of the work after it didn't help the issue much. He's very responsive, understanding, and worked his (and his teams) butt off to try to fix the issue. Unfortunately, you can't win them all, and this is one of those times.
I will not hesitate to take cars back to Matt to have him service them in the future. He's honest, hard working and not afraid to tell bad news if that's the case, rather than just throwing more parts and money at it to fix major problems.”

“I went today for an oil change and everyone was very nice. The lady there working, noticed some front end damage on my vehicle and had the guys zip tie it up for me so it wasn’t dragging close to the ground. That was so nice of them to do that for me. I will definitely be back!”
“I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help and dedication working on my truck I heard about this shop online so I set up a time and bobtailed 460 miles one way to try them out. Drove from Raleigh nc to the shop . I had the pleasure to meet the owner and all the staff at the shop will was great help and the owner Randi was awesome. My transmisión had to be replace and , clutch, and rear main seal, I will recommend to anyone who needs the transmission to be replaceTo come here
the prices are fair and they can get you out the same day . I dad to comeback to the shop because o thought the transmission was leaking after they put a new one . I found out that was something else . Randi the owner worked on my truck and also paid for my hotel …. Again this time was a different issue and they fix it and took care off it ….Randy the owner told me I do appreciate your business and I want you to do well . Don’t worry about it this time it’s on me . Well that was my Christmas present to me ….honestly they do care a bout your Truc and I felt thankful after all the worked the did on my truck …

“My transfer case went out when traveling across the country. Lucky for me it happened close to Shawn's Transmission. They got my vehicle in and fixed in the same day. They also gave me a ride to and from my motel room. Super nice and professional individuals. Check them out for your repair needs.”
“I have been going here for years to get oil changes on My wife an Myself's vehicle. Mainly because they are what they claim to be 'Pretty Dang Quick'. I've been on multiple occasions where there was 5+ cars in front of me an have never waited over an hour. If there's 3 cars or less you're almost guaranteed to be out of there in under 25 minutes. On average I spend about 15-20 minutes each pass. Service is friendly and informative every time. I don't ever feel they're trying to upscale me on something I don't need. I've also had a tire changed here once at a decent price and in under 1 -1/2 hours. Prices are pretty average around 40$ for a regular oil change. An Wednesday is woman's day 1/2 price oil changes. Would refer to anyone.”

“Floyd did an awesome job on my transmission. What I'm more impressed with is his honesty. He could have easily said I need a new transmission but instead he was honest and fixed a conductor plate and solenoid on the transmission of my 2006 dodge charger rt which saved me thousands of dollars. Car drove good for months before having problems but he gave me a warranty and fixed it for free. He could have easily lied an said it was another component but he was honest. Thanks and I would definitely recommend this company.”
