Today I went in there with my sister because she wanted endorse her check to me because she's a minor and I'm over the age of 18. But when we got to the teller she told us my sister is a minor and she needs her parent. But that wasn't the issue, its the lack of customer service the lady had. She's middle aged with curly hair, wears glasses and has an accent. She was very rude, and wasn't welcoming at all. I never understand why you would work in a place that requires you to talk to customers, but you present yourself with a negative attitude.

This bank has gone down hill terribly. We’ve been banking here since it was Charlie Kelly’s bank. This bank allowed unauthorized access to our checking account. They allowed an unauthorized deposit into the account with no information about where the deposit came from. Then they took the money out and didn’t call us after they realized it was an error. Then we went in and had to wait a several minutes to be helped while the office staff was laughing and cutting up instead of assisting us. Then when we finally received help they said that it was a “teller error” and there was nothing they could do about it. If you are smart, you will remove any and all money you have in this bank and put it elsewhere. We’re moving banks and contacting a lawyer. You’ve been warned, don’t use this bank.

ATM is down on Friday afternoon before 4th of July. One employee inside at teller window with a line and one teller working drive thru with a line. Very slow.

After 7 years, my acct was closed without telling me for having an overdraft fee that put me in the negative for 30 days. Poor customer service!

I was a customer for over 7 years and they closed my account without letting me know with no real explanation. They said my acct was overdrawn for 30 days and I didn’t realize it bc it was my secondary acct. I took care of it right then and a month and a half later they closed it without warning.

Today I opened an account with Bank OZK. I received super customer service and care from Wes, the bank manager. The process of the account took about an hour. Upon completion, I was able to receive my VISA debit card as an in-house service! Right on the spot, ready to go! I received my paperwork for my account. I was surprised to get it then. Also, the lobby area has a fireplace that is an unusual item to have in a bank. It was a pleasure and a relief to open an account at this location. Thank Wes! You were a lifesaver today and I deeply appreciate banking with Bank OZK!!

Ann Gregory My Banker VP of Bank OZK Loganville and A Fellow Rotarian has gone beyond her call of duty. I met Ann about a year ago at a Rotary meeting in which I was introduced to her and Bank OZK. Having banked with another larger bank for nearly 30 years, I was a little slow to make the change since I am typically a creature of habit. The issue with the larger bank that I had was that I felt like I just became a number rather than a customer. The management and Employees changed Frequently and I just seemed to have gotten lost in the shuffle. After about a year of Ann’s friendship and courteousness, I Finally made the change. I started with my personal account, then eventually moved my business account With her bank. My wife and I have been treated like a king And Queen in which Ann has made Us feel so welcome. She literally hand delivered our debit cards to my wife and I At our place Of business and brought us a house warming gift to boot. ( coffee cups, a carrying bag and pens) Ann has made A lasting impression with us in which we know our money is in good hands with her impeccable Managerial skills and welcoming personality. No wonder why she has recently been Promoted to the commercial division As well. I would recommend for anyone to Bank with Bank OZK with your personal account or business account. I would strongly suggest that you meet Ann Gregory if you get the opportunity, you’ll be glad you did. She will make you feel welcome and will make you appreciate Good old fashioned hospitality.

This situation is making me laugh. I left a review here a while back because none of the atms in my area were working. All were either shut down or just not functioning. Drove 25 mins to be able to use one. My review for some reason has been removed and it just goes to show what this bank is. Was not even 10 on a week night as I went to grayson,snellville and neither atm was working. Loganville as well was down. I'm confused on how all atms run by this bank were just not working making it impossible for me to withdraw or deposit things I needed asap.
