Went to drop off an RX today. Asked about Good RX discount pricing and was told they currently have no way to process coupons and haven't for the past two weeks. Went right across the street to Walgreens and they had absolutely NO problem verifying the pricing. I've shopped at CVS's in many locations across the country and by far, the attitudes and lack of service at this location are amongst the worst of any business. Hey #CVS, check the reviews for this store and make some changes ASAP!

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star I would. I was nice and respectful and just needed assistance with a prescription issue. The man on the phone was so unbelievable rude and acted like he couldn't be bothered to deal with me or my questions. You work at a pharmacy it is you job to help people with prescriptions! If you are that miserable maybe find another job or LEARN HOW TO TREAT OTHER PEOPLE WITH KINDNESS!

Worst CVS 11/17/2023 440pm I went to drive through to pick up my mom prescription she told me this isn’t covered by insurance. Non of your business as long as I pay for it. American healthcare system is a mess they choose what to cover and not. As long as prescription is legal pharmacy tech have no right to say she will fill it or not. Pisses off I hate this place.

I went to pick my rx today, went to the drive though. Kimberly that helped had nothing but and attitude! Every time I go there I laugh with all of them because I see how awful some of the people are to them. But Kimberly got irritated from the sart! When I went to pay I dropped my card, and she got mad. Not only a month ago my mom had the same experience with this lady. Absolutely unacceptable. Other than that everyone else is amazing and does such a great day. Kimberly doesn't need to work with Direct customers if all she's going to have is an attitude from the git go!

Very friendly as always but again the prescription is not ready. The App confirms, I show up and show them but as usual they are overwhelmedPlease don’t have me drive all the way here to sit and wait for almost 30 minutes. That’s why you have the confirmation App!!No exaggeration this happens ALL the time. We are literally going across the street to Walgreens as soon as we leave

Literally waiting all day for a prescription that was sent in at 10 am.. and cannot even get someone to answer the phone in pharmacy. 30 minutes waiting for eventually.................NO ONE to pick up the phone. Walmart is way better.
