Although I was clearly frustrated with this store
previously I have noticed some improvement in service and dependability.
This is encouraging to see and I hope it continues. I know there were a lot challenges
a few moths ago so good to see the improvement.
This store continues to struggle with a shortage of pharmacy staff. You never know when you pull in to the drive through if your getting your meds that day or be told by the pharmacist
“I’m on my own I’m answering the phones, trying to fill Rx’s AND I don’t know when your getting your meds.!”
There is serious issues with this location and management has not figured out a solution. They frequently have to borrow employees from other stores just to run the pharmacy.
The employees are pissed off and put in impossible situations and have to deal with fed up customers like me who have to listen to the same story yet again why I can’t gets medicine for me and my family.
I would highly recommend finding another pharmacy if you share the same frustrations.
I keep thinking after a few good visits they have changed only to be fooled yet again and be told to go wait in the parking lot and we’ll text you. I guess I’m the sucker.

I I had a very positive experience during my recent CVS visit. The ladies that assisted me were Amazing. My main reason for the visit was to get a passport photo. I was pleased with the photo taken.

The nurse practitioner was awesome both practitioners. They both had great bedside manners and customer service. I met them both because I missed my TB reading the first time. I received fast services. The person that triaged me didn’t seem to be in a good mood, her unspoken body language said it. Maybe it was because it was 9am in morning so I’m assuming that’s why. Besides that I will definitely return again.

I am so sorry for holding up your line CVS.
I came back today to try and get an insurance situation figured out. Despite the fact that they were extremely busy and clearly short-staffed SoYoung, the pharmacist still was patient kind and took care of my problem. I know it's hard for you guys working in this side of environment dealing with the public I can relate. Most people don't take the time to say thank you. I refuse to be one of those people. Thank you so much. No that what you're doing is saving lives and it is truly health care at its finest when people like you brave the difficulties of our crazy society. Thank you SoYoung

Was waiting an hour & was second on the list. Well because my appointment wasn’t til 3 they said come back even though there was availability and no one was there . Bathroom also smells like pickles

Pharmacy is run in a very unprofessional manner. Parkinson’s dementia medication didn’t arrive on time. Originally we were offered no solution but to wait a couple of days. He cannot be off meds for a couple of days. A pharmacist should know how important these meds are. Manager offered a two-day supply. On the third day we received a text message that the medication was ready. It was not. After adamantly explaining that a Parkinson’s patient cannot be off his meds, they checked with their L’ville location. Cannot understand why this continues to happen and why CVS does not care about their pharmacy customers. We will be going elsewhere.

As a Dr. and Navy veteran I’m very disappointed with service with the pharmacy at the 2720 Loganville location. Some of the attendant over there are very rude and verbal abusive . No customer services at all! When receive text messages indicating that prescription is ready was not. I will no longer go to that location. That place should be close for good!

The only thing i dont like about CVS is the prices are way to much i guess they think their stuff they sell is top of the line state of the art one of a kind masterpieces which is totally not so cause ive seen some stuff in the dollar stores and the price was 4 times higher at CVS come on guys meet us in the middle and your stores will not look like a ghost town ..

I am very disappointed with service with the pharmacy at the Loganville location. Some of the folks over there are very rude and abrasive. No phone or text messages indicating that prescription is ready. I will no longer go to that location.

I came to this particular CVS for almost all of my vaccinations because it's closer to my house. I went today on Saturday, September 23 and Doctor Bonita was highly unprofessional with no customer service skills in all honesty should not be working here at the CVS every other doctor that has grace their presence at the CVS health hub has been kind and hospitable. I do not recommend going here nor getting service from this lady didn't come in with any attitude greeted her with a smile and she proceeded to talk to me as if I was her child and incompetent and when in fact we are in the same field DISGUSTING.

April 2023 First work comp medication they charged my PERSONAL insurance. June 2023 they wouldn't give prescription until I provided wrkr comp info.AGAIN!. So I did. July 2023 they said no prescription until I gave case info AGAIN !. I returned 3 weeks later with info & girl said, no WE HAVE that info. But we can't give you medication as you received them 3 weeks ago.AND I DIDNT!!!. When I called mngr, they said sorry I don't know what that girl did but she shows you as taking meds.AND I NEVER GOT THEM! SHE LIED. Manager said you'll have to wait while I figure this out. I said OK. She hung up on me. Never called me back. Dont go here, you'll be poisoned - if you DO get meds, MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE EVER ! And they don't answer their phone.
