Pharmacy is run in a very unprofessional manner. Parkinson’s dementia medication didn’t arrive on time. Originally we were offered no solution but to wait a couple of days. He cannot be off meds for a couple of days. A pharmacist should know how important these meds are. Manager offered a two-day supply. On the third day we received a text message that the medication was ready. It was not. After adamantly explaining that a Parkinson’s patient cannot be off his meds, they checked with their L’ville location. Cannot understand why this continues to happen and why CVS does not care about their pharmacy customers. We will be going elsewhere.

As a Dr. and Navy veteran I’m very disappointed with service with the pharmacy at the 2720 Loganville location. Some of the attendant over there are very rude and verbal abusive . No customer services at all! When receive text messages indicating that prescription is ready was not. I will no longer go to that location. That place should be close for good!

The only thing i dont like about CVS is the prices are way to much i guess they think their stuff they sell is top of the line state of the art one of a kind masterpieces which is totally not so cause ive seen some stuff in the dollar stores and the price was 4 times higher at CVS come on guys meet us in the middle and your stores will not look like a ghost town ..

I am very disappointed with service with the pharmacy at the Loganville location. Some of the folks over there are very rude and abrasive. No phone or text messages indicating that prescription is ready. I will no longer go to that location.

I came to this particular CVS for almost all of my vaccinations because it's closer to my house. I went today on Saturday, September 23 and Doctor Bonita was highly unprofessional with no customer service skills in all honesty should not be working here at the CVS every other doctor that has grace their presence at the CVS health hub has been kind and hospitable. I do not recommend going here nor getting service from this lady didn't come in with any attitude greeted her with a smile and she proceeded to talk to me as if I was her child and incompetent and when in fact we are in the same field DISGUSTING.

April 2023 First work comp medication they charged my PERSONAL insurance. June 2023 they wouldn't give prescription until I provided wrkr comp info.AGAIN!. So I did. July 2023 they said no prescription until I gave case info AGAIN !. I returned 3 weeks later with info & girl said, no WE HAVE that info. But we can't give you medication as you received them 3 weeks ago.AND I DIDNT!!!. When I called mngr, they said sorry I don't know what that girl did but she shows you as taking meds.AND I NEVER GOT THEM! SHE LIED. Manager said you'll have to wait while I figure this out. I said OK. She hung up on me. Never called me back. Dont go here, you'll be poisoned - if you DO get meds, MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE EVER ! And they don't answer their phone.

I have used this location for too long simply because the location was convenient but no more. Prescriptions take ridiculously to fill. I have never had a prescription ready the same day it's called in, no matter how early the doctor calls it in. I've been frustrated with them many times but today was the worst and I will not go back again. My doctor called a prescription in for my baby yesterday. I still hadn't heard anything this morning so I went online (as they recommend) and it said that it was in progress. I gave it a few hours and called (which just getting out of their stupid automated system to speak to human is an absurd process). When I asked about the status of the prescription I was told they didn't have that medicine and ordered it and it would probably be in the next day or so. But they never even bothered to tell me that until I called, and certainly made no move to ask me or my doctor if a different medication would work! I was furious! Had I not called I would have been waiting DAYS for a medicine that I should have had yesterday! I switched to another pharmacy (not a CVS) and they filled it same day, no problem. I will not use CVS again, especially not this location! Oh, and if you need to purchase things inside, good luck finding an employee. They want you to use the stupid self checkouts but there is ALWAYS an issue and if you need to buy something even as little as cough medicine, you can't use self checkout anyway and it's near impossible to get a staff member to help you.

*I going to preface this review by saying I’m a nurse and wife is a nurse practitioner, so we know how the “system” should work and when it’s not working efficiently*.This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy in the United States or a least a good second runner up. My daughter had strep throat with a high fever and her prescription was called in here. I was told it would be ready in a few hours. I came back several hours later, and I was told it will be another hour because the system just came back up. I explained that my child needed her antibiotic or please transfer the prescription to another location. A pharmacy tech agreed to fill the prescription in 10 mins. Then another extremely rude pharmacy tech came from the back and said, “if you fill his prescription out of order then be ready to have other people asking for this to be done!” So extremely unprofessional!!! Then the following week like a sick episode of “Freaky Friday” the same thing happened to me when I tried picking up my prescription. I was issued an apology by the pharmacist, but I will NEVER use this location again.This location needs some attention from the corporate office, better management, and workers with more professionalism!!!

pharmacy staff is unhelpful and misinformed. requested they transfer an rx for me as it was sent to the wrong location and they told me I had to call the wrong location to have them transfer it. I called the incorrect location it was sent to and the rep told me I’d have to call the original location to have them pull it through. Seems like the staff doesn’t want to do their job and don’t actually care about helping people get their prescriptions in a timely manner.

If I could give this CVS zero stars, I would. Whoever the pharmacist was, 4/14/23 at 9:30am, I'm truly appalled with the way you handled yourself while speaking to my wife who had questions regarding the prescription prescribed to my 5 month old son. If a patient/customer has questions, why do you have to be rude, yell, and rush them off the phone right after they state "I have a question regarding the medicine given to my baby"? You didn't even listen to her questions which was VERY upsetting to me. My wife had to get on to you before you would let her ask her questions. The says a lot about you as person first of all and second, you are representing a company, and you just showed that you could care less about the people you serve. We don't need pharmacists like you servicing the community if you don't like answering our questions about unknown drugs be administered to us, especially our kids.This location has gotten worse over the last 6 years I've been here and I'm officially moving on from here. You do not deserve any anyone's service until management and staff has been changed, because this cannot continue.

Most of the pharmacy staff is clueless and their system is always down. We loved the Publix pharmacy across the street but our insurance forces us to use CVS.

Absolutely terrible experience!The CVS roads had construction construction which caused me to be late for my appointment. I was well within 15 minutes and I call customer service to ensure that it was OK for me to still show up for my appointment. The customer service agent was very nice and assured me that everything would be fine and I should still show up for my appointment. Once I got to the appointment I could hear the nurse streaming on social media from her phone and I knocked on the door because no one came out to greet me. She was very rude and refused to take me, she asked me to reschedule my appointment for a different day. I could not do this because I was on my way to work (out of town). I sat in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes trying to see if I could get a same day appointment at another location (mind you during this time not a single customer showed up, which further my point I could be seen by her) This is just absolutely poor customer service and a terrible experience. I see why the reviews were so low but I was trying to give them benefit of the doubt clearly everything I saw was correct. We'll never shop at this location again.
