Whomever DENEEN is, she desperately needs RETRAINING, Customer service skills and overall ETIQUETTE. As a business owner and PROFESSIONAL I am appalled at whomever decided to hire her and allow her to train others. She is VERY RUDE AND NASTY for no reason at all. I have reached out to corporate and will most likely be reaching out again.

This is the fourth time in 2 weeks that I have been in this store and the self checkout was closed. Only one register open and 8 people in line. Not sure what's going on but if you're not going to have the self checkout open then get rid of it and put another register in it's place. That way people won't have to wait in like for 10-15 min for 1 item!

Not sure how my post disappeared, but I'll say it again!!! I've been to your store twice this week Mon. 5/1 and Fri . 5/5 and it your store closed before the posted closing hours on the door. It was myself and several other customers confused as to what was going on because it was way before 9pm both days. You all haven't put any notes on the door stating there's a temporary change in your closing hours or anything. Have some common courtesy and inform your customers of what's going on!!!

They do not answer the phone. I was looking for a plastic kiddie pool - something that Dollar General is one of the few stores that carries it. However I wanted to make sure this store has in stock. Except, THEY DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE! I’ll look elsewhere and never shop at DG again.

Ever since their old manager left they completely ruined all the hard work she put into that store. Employees are nice but customer service is not their strong suit. Don’t even both asking them questions they don’t know anything.
