“I’m new to the area but have been impressed by the customer service at this store. My 2.5-yr old daughter wanted me to be Mario for Halloween, but we had a family emergency that kept me from buying any sort of costume. I called this location on Halloween day, and they set aside the only thing they had which was a Bowser hat. But before I came into purchase that hat, they had a Mario cap arrive in a distribution box, and the employee set it aside for me in case I was able to make it back before closing. I can’t express how much that thoughtfulness meant for me to be able to surprise my kids with the perfect hat on Halloween. My daughter had not forgotten she wanted me to be Mario, and I’m grateful for the service here to make that possible for us.”

Asked me a few questions. I went back a few days later to go through with this. Even got internet in my plan cheaper than what I’m paying with AT&T. Hope helped me get signed up and both my devices setup. Jessica needs more stores and Hope needs a raise”
