“I would love to thank buddy’s Home Furnishing they have great customer service they took care of me from where I was calling him over the phone. There are two delivery drivers that were here to deliver by chest freezer were Great and their customer service within info were very well done they make sure it was plugged in, but where I needed it at they explained everything to me told me what they were doing and I didn’t have any problems with anything that we needed so so if you need any furniture or appliances look buddies up, they’re good to have and they’re very well rated in customer service. I enjoy every bit of it thank y’all and plus like I said, Robert took care of everything over the phone and I had no problems.”

I absolutely was not disappointed. As soon as I walked in an associate assisted me.
Now I may have been lucky to have Nevia wait on me but regardless the attention I received put me right at ease. She patiently listened to my concerns and let me know she could definitely help me. I had a phone bought on line with a trade in deal for a free phone. I needed to get my tradein evaluated and a receipt. I also was in need of an additional phone. She took me through process with ease and I never once felt pressured to buy into anything additionally.
She did have a couple of offers but with no pressure. I would give Nevia an A++. So glad she was my associate.”

Upon walking through the door, I was warmly greeted and offered service immediately. Then to follow my multiple questions and issues.
