Cara was amazing. The item I had was way too heavy and big to leave there. But I had insisted to my husband that it was fine. Cara literally took over getting the package back out to my vehicle. I felt so ashamed and bad that I hugged her neck in thanks. Highly recommend this location.

I previously went to the location at theFedEx ShipSite at 4052 Atlanta Hwy. inside of the Office Depot & was rudely serviced so I left there & visited here & was serviced quickly with a smile. I will not return back to that other location. Continue to strive to serve your customers!
