“I called and ordered my free birthday gift. The lady gave me my options of fruit and said come in 30 minutes. Went to pick it up. They want you to make a “small”purchase to get your free gift. I showed her the free gift does not require a purchase on the email. She said I know but management requires it. Thanks for wasting my gas @ $4 gallon and I live 20 minutes away. Time and money wasted. Choose another location if possible.Update: After a reply from the owner I called the location. They apologized for the miscommunication from their employee. They allowed me to receive the free birthday gift. I really appreciate the kindness of the manager and employee when I picked up my gift. Thank you!”
