I absolutely love this goodwill and I come twice a week. Today was totally different. I was walking as usual to find plates and bowls. I seen the lady come out with a new cart. I am familiar with the routine so I know NOT to pull anything out of the cart that was brought out from the back. I did however pass the cart and glanced inside. I was with my young daughter and I commented to her that I wanted the white bowls and let’s keep an eye out as soon as she puts them out. I stayed my distance from her about 6-8 ft away for a minute or two. She totally lost it. She threw her hands up and screamed at me. She took the bowls from the crate and shoved them at me. She said “you’re a slave owner”. I was so shocked that I asked her what she meant. She explained that she felt like a slave and I was her owner watching over her. She was very angry. I Still am not sure what I did to get this kind of response. Her name was Dolores. It would be better suited for her to work in the back since apparently she can’t handle the slightest interaction with the public. I will be reporting this to corporate. This is no kind of way to treat anyone.

I called the store to inquire about a item lost, and the lady over the phone was so rude and laughed at me and said it couldn’t be there without even checking

Don't even bother. We packed up 2 cars full of clothes to drop them off. We got to the donation center at 6pm, 2 hours before close, and they refused us, stating they "were not taking any donations as they were trying to clean up." We watched another car drop off donation items as we were pulling in. This is just a simple case of employees being too lazy to do their jobs.

Every employee except some young male was nice. The 2 older lady cashiers were arguing with a customer. I came for athletic shorts & there was a lady who was working putting them away — I said “I’m sorry I’m in the way” & this girl said mmmhmmm… I just walked out lol. Please get tf out of Loganville & find a job somewhere else if you’re rude. What a shame. I should’ve known better anyways.

Goodwill reported record growth for the past two years yet they can’t afford to staff their stores. Once again, another symptom of late stage capitalism. We are now paying more with less convenience.
Staff your stores or you’ll only serve as a dump to collect things no one wants any more. You’re making money. There’s no excuse to have lines out the door because you refuse to staff your stores adequately.

What’s going on with the dressing rooms?? I was told by an employee they were closed permanently due to Covid! That is nothing but a b.s. excuse! You need to open your dressing rooms, or AT LEAST change your return policy on clothes purchased! Current policy is you can return clothes TO THE SAME LOCATION, WITHIN 14 DAYS,
FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!!!
THAT IS A LOAD OF CRAP!!!

Nice selection. Pricing is horrible. I've been coming here for over 5 years and they are now outrageous other goodwills don't charge near what this one does.

Whoever is pricing items like shoes and furniture has forgotten that Goodwill is a thrift store and a non profit. Sheesh.

9 months later we are reviewing again to say that all the staff rolled out the red carpet for us today and treated us like family. What a great team with a great positive attitude. They deserve your business because they certainly earned it. They made our Christmas season special and we could not be happier.
We frequent the Goodwill in Loganville and we are always greeted with a smile. If you have not stopped by there lately then you need to stop by.
