This Kroger pharmacy is the definition of incompetence. They hardly EVER have your prescription ready when they say it will be. Extremely unorganized and quite unprofessional compared to other pharmacy’s in there area. My visit today was the same as usual. Bad attitude from the people working behind the counter and a negative attitude towards me when I expressed frustration towards their incompetence. Don’t trust this pharmacy with your meds or your time, they don’t care. A two star rating tells you all you need to know…

Moved here less than a year ago and this pharmacy hands down is the best I’ve ever used. They are kind, helpful and go above and beyond. I appreciate them!

It’s been 4 days now after they said it was ready. This happens every time I need a refill. The medication I take can be super dangerous if it’s stopped cold Turkey. I tried refilling it a week in advance to make sure I got it but that didn’t work. This is literally every single time. Also, when I go through the drive through, I have to loop around 3 or 4 times because it’s still not ready. They can’t get it together here. The bottles say they have 2 refills left but they continue to say they have to have my doctor send over the prescription again??? My doctor office said this isn’t the case. I guess it’s an excuse to cover up their issues. Trying to changes pharmacies has been a nightmare in itself. Just save yourself the headache. There’s a reason their rating is so low. My husband uses a different pharmacy and has never had any issues. Oh, and every time I call (7 times today) it takes 10 minutes minimum to answer.

Rude and incompetent. I will say the male employee tried to be helpful, but the women who were working behind him shut him down. I was told my insurance could not be used and I had to pay out of pocket. That my meds needed to go through mail order. I insisted that was not the case and they shot me down again. I was really sick and not feeling well and needed the meds. I chose them because they were close to the urgent care. After insisting they couldn't help me I left and went to ask urgent care to send them elsewhere. After all that hassle I get a text that they filled it. I got them from the other pharmacy. You will never get my business after how rude you were to me when I was sick and needed help.

Had 1 issue in the beginning but was something they couldn't fix at no fault of theirs except maybe to have realized when med was faxed that they didn't have it....but on another issue they went above and beyond to get it fixed for us....sometimes depends on who you get but overall I think they are a good pharmacy to deal with

Done shopping here. Forget that this location can't keep the shelves stocked (even with Kroger brands). Forget that those working here -really- don't want to interact with the customers. The last straw for me is the last three times been (and spent $200+ here per trip) it was after dark. To the management this obviously means "you will be checking yourself out and there will wait in a long line even to serve yourself". It is like Walmart but worse (and that is saying something). Publix actually keeps the shelves stocked, is happy to check us out. Bye bye Kroger, won't be missing you.

They gave my meds To the car in front of me!!!!!!! Always have to go thru the drive thru 2-4 times because they NEVER have my meds at the time they told me!!!!! All employees are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered! The ONLY reason I go to Kroger is for the prices. I have no insurance and can’t pay full price for my medicines!!!!! They all need better knowledge about working with the public and with the pharmacy. None can answer a question without 2-3 of them thinking/talking together for a decent answer to the question I ask!

My children's medication is always ready on time when I call to refill it. They're a very well known pharmacy which is often used so they do tend to get busy but they are very polite and work as hard as they can to accommodate everyone.

The pharmacy is terrible. Twice now i have had a prescription sent there and told it would be ready after 3:00pm and turns out they never had the medication at all. Very lazy up there and rude as well. I don't usually go back after one bad experience but i did this time and i regret doing so.

This pharmacy is terrible in the drive thru. Every time it only takes a couple minutes for me to get my prescription, but not sure why everyone else takes 10 minutes at a minimum. It’s feels like people are getting their prescriptions filled on the spot while waiting at the window. Inside is usually a chore as well. Switching ASAP from this place!

I understand long waits and being understaffed. I don’t understand rude employees. Ray is very unprofessional and rude. Please look into training your employees on customer service. Rude employees will cause you to lose the business of loyal customers.

worst pharmacy ever. give them a week ahead to refill ,waited 2 days after their scheduled pi kup date and was told to come back 3 hours later and they would have it ready. I asked why since it was supposed to be ready two days prior and was told I couldn't talk to her like that . always the same. last strike for kroger.

I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who looks to have their medicine same day. They will tell you one thing and do another. I had three prescriptions sent electronically at noon and at 6:30 pm they still had one missing. When I asked how they could have two ready and the other left incomplete, I was informed, and I quote, "it depends". Depends on what? When I called at noon to confirm they had the prescriptions, I asked if they had the products in stock and was told they had the medicines but were "backed up because we just got back from lunch". Six hours later, they managed to fill two of the three. This is not acceptable; Kroger needs to get a grip and send some administrative support to clean up this mess. I for one, will move on. I deal with honest people who conduct themselves with integrity. Kroger has none in their pharmacy at the moment. What a shame.
