Terrible customer service. Never any cash registers open. Ordered a pickup and waited 45min for them to tell me they were running behind & to come back in an hour. They never called or texted to tell me that they were not going to be able to fill my pickup order-Was on the phone with Customer Support at 9pm just to get a refund.

Kroger is the best for groceries? We always check their app for savings in store & the extra fuel points can add up to $1 off gas ⛽? The produce is fabulous & their pharmacy is spot on ? Try delivery if available or the pick up service - AWESOME!✨

The store itself is great. Checking out through self checkout is another story. The attendant had to come over 4 times to make the machine work. It did not like produce. Then it would not accept my digital coupons even though I have an account. The person at the next register had the same problem with the digital coupons. This is not the first time. I did not get the discount. Very frustrating

This location is 24/7.
The Sushi is made fresh and delicious.
Barring a mad rush on the store, the shelves are always well stocked. Produce,bakery, seafood, deli and meats always fresh.
Lastly no long wait times in line.
UPDATE
Of course since the "pandemic" there are no more 24 hr stores but this one is open from 6 AM - 11 PM.

This Kroger is great. Every employee is very helpful and friendly. Store very clean. They all are very busy stocking the store. Even the manager working hard in the store.

I have loved this Kroger for many years, but now, I think I’ll have to shop at Walmart where there is a classier atmosphere. Who puts gambling machines in a grocery store?!?!

One of the cleanest Kroger I have ever step foot into. Always busy, excellent choices on brands and labels, I stop in every time I pass by and have not been disappointed yet.

Let me just say I’ve never experienced the amount of help my mom & I have gotten in any kinda business like before . The self- checkout associate “Dina” I believe her name was . Was an amazing help/ spirit all around !! She’s the southern hospitality I’ve been searching for in the almost two yrs I’ve lived in GA state . She’s great with engaging with multiple costumers, patient, helpful, nice & had an answer for all questions that was brought to her attention . If she doesn’t hold the title of a manger position, I recommend she does or a RAISE IN PAY ASAP !! Excellent service Miss Dina, I hope u never change the person that you’re . Cause people like me very much appreciate u !!

Edit 05/2024: What's with the customer service attitude!!! I had to return a dig collar that was too big and didn't have a receipt. If that is the policy fine, but treating customers like they have broken a sacrate law, common.
All what I know is I will never come back here.
This was my initial review a year or so ago.
One of the best Kroger's I go to. Love the ready to go food.
