January 2024 by Lady Day B.
I WAS IN THIS STORE SATURDAY 1-6-2024 (going forward I will continue to add feedback for a year and will end on February 6 2025 and if the services is still the same I will find a different Kroger's store like I explained before I love Kroger's and Bakers and HyVee is the best of all in Omaha, NE) AND EVERY LINE WAS OPEN. WAS GOING TO PURCHASED A TURKEY BREAST WHICH WAS COOKED PRETTY AWESOME, BUT THE BEST WAS VERY THIN. SO, I PURCHSED A SMALL carrot cake as usual just like the chocolate just like any brand that they will offer dry I don't know what they need to do put some water in the oven. Do something better than this people will pay your price if your cakes were moist and you didn't hide it, or conceal it with double frosting going forward instead of wasting my money in my time I will not buy another cake at Kroger's Walmart or Publix, which I haven't been in Publix for years. Maybe I need to do a revisit there too but one thing that really did impress me with Kroger Saturday at about 530. Every line in Kroger's was open wonderful young people ringing up food PLEASANT ALL OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE WERE WORKING WELL AND BEYOND. I DO LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO SEE HOW WELL THEY WILL BE DOING IN THE FUTURE OF THIS YEAR AT THIS KROGER'S. The atmosphere was incredible, people were nice and pleasant because they did not have to ring or bag their groceries although there was an altercation between an argument between one of the people that was there working and two of the people who were trying to get out the store by reading up their food on the self service. Otherwise like Express I will keep you up-to-date because our money is paying for their bills and for them to keep the store open.

Nothing good to say about the pharmacy.they tell you prescriptions are ready when they are not, slowest kroger out of three we use, after waiting in drive through for prescriptions that are supposed to be ready they have the nerve to send you to the back through the drive thru again. Very innacurate on notifications of prescriptions. Most times it takes them days to fill a simple prescription. All these sketchy practices happened multiple times.. Loganville and hwy 81 kroger is a joke!!!!

I’ve been going to this Kroger since I’ve moved to this area. Although it can be very busy staff is nice and you can find what you need for the most part. I am rating 1 star because yesterday I witnessed Collette a senior manager of the store be so rude and demeaning to a young man working there. As she helped me at the customer service area she fussed at this young man with a look of disgust on her face. All the young man would say is Ok as she continued to embarrass him in front of a line of customers. I felt so bad for him and wanted to tell her how inappropriate and unprofessional her behavior was. I decided not to but this is such a bad look on Kroger. This was such a terrible experience.

Always clean with helpful and friendly staff. The belted self checkout registers can be slow so there's often a wait on weekends to check out. Bit the smaller self checkout registers line rarely has more than a 1-2 minute wait.

I am going to be honest here because I have always felt very unwanted in this grocery store I feel like they have intentionally given me a hard time because when I was younger I was charged with shoplifting for stealing a bag of candy from Walmart I’m not sure if this is the reason that they constantly make it completely obvious that they don’t value their customers, but The majority of the employees are very nice however the upper management has made it clear that anyone shopping in that store must be comfortable being profiledSo if you have tattoos or have made a mistake in life before Kroger goes out of their way to make sure you know that they would rather not have you shopping in their stores because they feel like they are so big and seemingly could never have to worry about upset customers and their mind if you don’t like it go somewhere else, that there’s no way they could ever suffer any repercussions for treating people the wrong way.But for me that is not okay.I guess I’m just making a recommendation to perhaps be more open minded to the customers you serve with a smile on your face or the customers you feel don’t deserve your kindness because you don’t like the way that they look in your storehowever doubtful I may be that you will, I still hope that you take some of these things into consideration,Your local Loganville citizen,Been in and around Loganville area on and off my whole life. This incredible boom of folks moving here and developing business-has unfortunately lowered the very real importance of treating each other as we would like to be treated, because we want them and we want their business. Now that there are so many people I’m sure everyone else has noticed they can’t keep the parking lots clean and it’s not just KrogerThey don’t have enough staff to where they can feel laid-back enough to trust frequent shoppers instead of hogging them all the way through the store as if I’m going to steal some thing from them.Couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been in there.Never have stole anything I don’t know why they continue to stalk me through the store

Done shopping here. Forget that this location can't keep the shelves stocked (even with Kroger brands). Forget that the people working here -really- don't want to interact with the customers. The last straw for me is the last three times been (and spent $200+ here per trip) it was after dark. To the management this obviously means "you will be checking yourself out and there will wait in a long line even to serve yourself". It is like Walmart but worse (and that is saying something). Publix actually keeps the shelves stocked, is happy to check us out. Bye bye Kroger, won't be missing you.

I usually go to Publix or Ingles, but decided to swing by Kroger on the way home. Why did I do that? Of course they have one person working the register as always. Flies near the cold cuts. Bathrooms are a mess. Same old thing every time I come in here. Shame on me!!

I don't like having to check myself out. They only have 1 checkout open with an employee checking people out and the line reaches down the aisle, with 5 people with full carts. Unbelievable that customer service means the customer performs their OWN service.

Crowded isles, product sitting everywhere to get it out of the stock/ back room, getting more expensive than the two other grocery stores down the street.Cashier was not pleasant today.Didn't have a common meat item I went there specifically for, butcher said we've been out of stock of that for a while. Offered no alternative. He just went back to stocking the reach in cases .

There are nice employees, but this store is terribly managed. As I write this (at 9:43 pm), the checkout line is literally wrapped around the store. There are constantly unbelievable checkout lines as only 1 or 2 self-checkouts are open, and no regular checkouts are open. There are at least 13 self-checkouts in the store. There's no reason for this.

The guy was so nice that brought my order out. Don't do scan Q. I like to just call number on sign. Had to get back on my order on kroger and say I was there.
