I am very upset at how dishonest and deceitful this place is even with something as simple as an OIL CHANGE. They will knowingly do things to your vehicle that may harm your car and I had the misfortune of experiencing that today first hand. I went in today expecting a quick and honest oil change like I’ve received countless of other times at other places. Well 15 minutes in I’m sitting on the lobby, out of sight from the front desk waiting for my oil change to be completed. I hear one of the mechanics come to the office and say to the guy behind the desk named Holt, I’m not sure if he’s a manager or what, but he’s telling holt they don’t have the appropriate oil for my vehicle. Then holt proceeds to whisper to the mechanic either thinking I can’t hear him or that I’m not in the room, to go ahead and use the 0-20W oil for my Mercedes E300 which requires 0-40w because “it’s fine”. Well I heard it all loud and clear. I then had to intervene and tell them to not use oil engine that is not compatible with my car. What mechanic does that???? Had I not intervened they would have went ahead and used wrong oil on my car that would have accelerated wear on my engine and potentially cause costly issues. If they are not willing to be honest with something as simple as using the correct oil, I can’t even imagine what else they’re not being honest about. But instead of just telling me they don’t have the right oil and to reschedule they decide to waste 2 hours of my Saturday. Thanks a lot for that. And the fact I had to over hear a manager here WHISPERING to a mechanic to use the wrong oil is truly shocking. I wouldn’t trust them with anything let alone a car I JUST purchased for 30k which is unfortunate because Mercedes requires a lot of maintenance and I was hoping this would be my go to place for my car but after today ABSOLUTELY NOT. And even when I confronted holt about using the wrong oil there was no apology or reconciliation to the situation. Just went to go get the correct oil which should have been done in the first place. I said I didn’t want the oil change at all, but apparently it was too late since they took the old oil out already, and then says they have 020 or 030 in stock, I asked which is better. He said 030. So why exactly where you about to put 020 in my car??? Just ridiculous over all don’t go here they’re liars and don’t care about your car.

My engine light came on and my car was shaking. My regular person told me I need to take it to the dealer. However, I was referred to Long, and he took the time to fix everything the same day. The customer service is priceless…Thank you once again, Long!

really good guys working there. i had a car shop tryin to scam me out of 1000’s saying so many things was wrong with my car. i went to them they observed it all & noticed that car shop was moving stuff around to cause issues with my car. they found the issue which was only 300 dollar fixed & handled it within a hour. so grateful for there help & integrity! i now refer all my friends & family to them.

Took my Ford Escape to fix an issue that required double pump to brake. After the job was done, I noticed that it was better, but not braking as expected. I called back and was told to bring it back the next day.
They did an additional bleeding but decided to do an additional test drive to make sure. They found that there was still an issue: the new master brake cylinder was defective. It was replaced (with a different model) at no additional charge. Now the SUV is braking as expected.
This is the second time I bring my SUV for service. I am very satisfied with Loganville Auto Service Center.

Saturday afternoon, I found myself on vacation from Illinois and stranded in Covington with a bad alternator. Loganville Auto Service not only worked late to get us back on the road but went and hunted down an alternator when ours was not delivered by the part store...all at a reasonable price. Great shop with great mechanics. If I lived in the area, this would be my new shop! Thanks again for getting me home!

Holt has the absolute best customer service, takes time to explain things, and offers advice based on experience! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly here! Don't be put off by their lack of storage space because these people work hard to get the job done right and quickly. They know what they are doing. I brought in my car because my regular shop was booked up and I think I'm sold on making Loganville Auto Service Center my new regular shop!

Came in for transmission fluid change/oil. Nissan shifts like a dream now. The wait was a couple hours longer than expected but quality work takes time. Place looks like a whole in the wall but nice people and great work.

Be careful sending your car here to get fixed. They’ll keep your car forever and not think twice about it or have any care in the world but will be quick to charge you thousands and up for your car just sitting. Were short with me on the phone and will lie and lie and lie up n down about when you’re car will be ready. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t own a second car and I’m a 19 y/o college student so no I can’t get a rental it’s hard to rely on a company that cares nothing about your time only their own.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have bin dealing with Loganville auto for over 10 years.Have brought all my family vehicle's including various antique and personal Vehicle Ex Toyota Supra , Infiniti M45 , Ford F 150 ,Lexus , Acura TL , and many more . .totaling thousands of dollars in service only to be highly disappointed .in the service I received recently After spending over $4500 in the last 3 months only to received my wife Lexus back with the seat damage .The owner refused to take responsibility for the damage that was done when the car was in there possession. HIS RESPONSE WAS THAT IF HE FIX IT I AM NOT ALLOW TO BRING MY CARS TO HIS SHOP ANY MORE .I FIND THIS QUITE INTERESTING THAT SINCE THE POPULATION HAS GROWN AND THEY HAVE MORE CUSTOMERS THAN THEY CAN HANDLE THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE HELP BUILT THERE BUSINESS OVER THE YEARs.
