My company car was having engine issues. I called Maxie Price, and spoke with Steve. I tell you, this guy has awesome customer service. He didn't beat around the bush about me bringing my car in. He scheduled a date that same week, and had my car fixed within that same week. This is what you call excellent customer service.

Me and my spouse just recently purchased a vehicle. We are a young couple and this will be my 3rd vehicle purchase. This so far has been the easiest and stress free purchase. We had our salesman - Juan’s full attention and understanding. The whole process was continuous we were never just waiting around. When we were given our vehicle Carrie came out hopped in and showed us all the features and got us ready to get on the road. I was very pleased with the customer service experience. We love our new Suburban! I would definitely purchase another vehicle here and recommend it to all my family and friends.

My car had to be towed in and left at the dealership with the keys and information on Sunday night due to problems with the engine overheating. Service Advisor Steve Kelly called me the next morning to verify they had the car but it would be late Monday afternoon before they could check it out due to their heavy workload. Steve called me the later in the day on Monday after receiving a diagnosis from the technician. The car needed a new Thermostat Housing Unit as the current one was defective. I authorized replacement as well as other minor maintenance work. We also discussed replacement tires and Steve arranged to have some information emailed to me that was very helpful. Steve called me on Tuesday after the repairs and work were completed and the car had been road tested and said it was ready to be picked up. He also arranged shuttle service to have someone pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Steve did a great job and I really appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. I look forward to working with Steve and Maxie Price Chevrolet again if I have any future needs.

My service appointment went very well. We had the tires rotated, oil and filter changed, cabin filter replaced and overall inspection. All services were completed in a timely and professional manner. We have been customers of Maxie Price since they opened this dealership in early 2000. They have provided service for our GM cars as well as a Chrysler Concorde. This relationship has kept our vehicles in top shape.

My salesperson, Kyser, greeted me with kindness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Helen was awesome as well. She helped me get everything setup. Overall, I felt at home there and would definitely recommend!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Steve Kelley is the greatest, he is the reason we travel from Augusta GA to Maxie Price to get oil changed or any work that needs to be done on our vehicle! Definitely one of the best dealerships around!

Dropped it off on sat morning at 0830 in the morning. I then called back at 11 to see if the vehicle was done to which it was. I did not get a call that it was done. I know people get busy and that’s fine. When I went to get the truck I was given a bill. Except I have the maintenance package to which after they looked they told me to have a good day. I would think that me and my vehicle who have been coming here since buying it at this dealership would have these updated records.

I greatly appreciate the fact that the vehicle listed online was actually in stock. It is ridiculous the amount of dealers I contacted about vehicles they had listed online that either wasn't in stock or wasn't available to be sold because they had deposits on them already. Your staff was very polite and courteous! I was also grateful that my time wasn't taken for granted. The process was very quick with no hassles.

Greetings. So, I purchased another Camaro...this time my first convertible ever! When they say the '3rd time is a charm', it was really true with this experience! Ms. Nikita (Nikki) Harris was my sales professional and I want to officially acknowledge her expertise, patience, communication and most of all EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!..Wow! We had an overall very smooth purchasing experience! Everyone was kind and inviting, however we bought a very expensive nearly new Tahoe, and when delivery was taken the tank was half empty and I didn’t feel the car was as clean as it could have been. Overall a good experience, just wish the car was a little more clean and the tank was full upon delivery!

My car purchase was the smoothest I've ever had! My salesman, Pierre was very knowledgeable and put no pressure on us to buy however he outlined the perks of the vehicles we were looking at! That helped us make the right decision. He gets 10 . Ms Cynthia is very knowledgeable of the inner workings of my vehicle she went over a few items got us set up on On Star, etc. She also deserves 10 as well. Excellent service all around!

Last year I purchased a truck from this dealership. On the website it had a very brief carfax and was listed as a one owner. I asked multiple times about the truck being a one owner and the 50,000 miles being placed only in the last 6 months to which the salesman (Pierre) repeatedly wouldn't give me an answer. The truck had some minor paint imperfections and dents to which the dealership signed a contract stating they would fix for me. After multiple paperwork mess ups on their side I finally purchased my truck. The truck was stock and sat very low to the ground so I was unable to get a good look at the frame. After lifting the truck the following week I noticed lots of rust to which I followed up with a full carfax. After pulling the carfax on my own I discovered my newly purchased truck was not a one owner but THREE. It was a commercial vehicle in CANADA and eventually was repossessed down in Florida from its last owner. Not only was none of this listed on the website or mentioned in person but they also lied and stated it was a one owner. After multiple scheduled trips to the dealership to get my dents and paint chips fixed (that was in a signed contract) I was repeatedly hit with "our paint guy isn't working today". Mind you, I live an hour and a half away. After my last trip I was told by Ronnie that I would need to pay for the damages if I wanted them fixed. The little bit of damage they did fix looked like a 5 year old colored it with white out. I now understand I need to pull my own carfax after finding out Maxie Price does not list the full carfax if there is anything negative. Surprise surprise, the manager and salesman I dealt with is a snake and liar and now I am stuck with a Northern, 3 owner truck with a rusted frame. I've delayed giving this review due to procrastination but hopefully this helps somebody make a good choice when choosing who to buy their next vehicle from.
