“Chris was extremely helpful and took the time to clearly explain the medication my child is taking, including what it is for and any possible side effects we should watch for. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was easy to understand, which gave us a lot of comfort and peace of mind as parents. I truly appreciate how caring and professional he was throughout the conversation, and I’m grateful for the time he spent answering our questions and making sure we felt confident moving forward. He even went as far as emailing me information that I needed regarding the medication as well as another medication I had questions about. This type of customer service is very rare to find these days. I’m truly thankful for all the help I was provided.”

“Dr Haywood and his office are fantastic. Had a scare this morning when I got up and without appointment went to their office. They took me in and Dr Haywood saw me really quick. Thank goodness it was nothing serious but the fact they saw me was fantastic. He even met after hours one time. I have been seeing him for 20 plus years and would never think about ever changing Dr. I give all of them A++ rating.”

“Face Down Chairs really helped me get through a difficult retina surgery and recovery period. Unfortunately, I was out of the service area and had to pick up the equipment and set it up myself. Courtney was wonderful and helped us figure everything out. I would highly recommend this company if you need to rent equipment for face down recovery. Thank you!”

“Dealing with Grace-Garanthe was a genuine pleasure. Ranti Hernandez is the embodiment of pleasant and professional customer service. Their prices seem reasonable, too. I needed a hard-to-find item right away-- they had it in stock, sold it to me, and committed to file for insurance reimbursement when I got the paperwork together. I recommend them without reservation. ??”
