Omg Aaron was helpful!
I came in the store needing to do a device switch and I tried to do it over the phone with customer service but they were no help. I came in Metro and this young man had me in and out in a jiffy and he was so nice. Biggest smile I ever saw!

Absolutely disgusting customer service as I proceeded to tell the manager that I didn't know the phone was discontinued because I shopped online and saw that it was available in stores so I tried to check a local store and she proceeded to go off on me ranting with an attitude about why it's available on online and why she doesn't have it. I completely walked out of that store and I will never return that was pathetic.

I came today to get a new headset. It's 3:40pm. Why are the doors locked? I called no answer. Other people have came...knocked on the door and left. People are actually banging on the door and looking in. Everyone is calling.Yall might want to look into this.... just saying.

Just had the best customer service in awhile! I don't know the lady's name but I didn't have to do anything ! She helped me pick out my new phone and answered any questions I had. NO BS! I will be going back to this store no doubt!!! She was so fast and efficient!! I was in and out within like 20 minutes!

The signs and multiple websites say they're open until 8pm on Monday to Saturday but their doors were locked and closed at 7pm on Wednesday! What the heck!

The young man by the name of Ian was very professional, helpful, respectful and friendly representative who successfully help me. Metro by T Mobile needs to promote him as manager for the great job. They are blessed to have someone like him working for them.
