Went to try to open a new account with them. I showed up at 4:22 and I was informed by the teller that the person that helps opens new accounts has had a long day and wasn’t accepting anymore today. She asked me if I wanted to schedule tomorrow, I stated no as this location was far from my home. I think I’ll go to Delta Community Credit Union or open another Navy Federal account. This says a lot about a bank in my opinion.

Miss Tiffany ,Jodi, and Sarahbeth are the best tellers at this branch. I do not i repeat do not go to any other branches. They are the best with helping you with any problems you may have with your account.

I went by there with my dad one day and this sweet lady named Jodi offered me a sucker. She was so nice. She said they didn’t have bubble gum in the middle because I think she thought I’d be disappointed and I said: “Those are the best! They last longer!” I can’t do the bubble gum suckers and not crunch into it too soon every time. That branch has the best assortment and flavors. They even let me get 2.?

Peach State Federal Credit Union in Logansville is where I will go for all of my banking needs. The staff go above and beyond to help! Jodi and Sarah always greet me with a smile and take the time to answer all of my questions. Friendly Staff! After moving to Georgia I was nervous to find a new credit Union but I am so glad I found this one. Welcoming and inviting place! They always have suckers available for my daughter too, so that’s a plus!!

Drive thru was friendly and quick. When we walk into our branch we are always greeted with a smile. That environment always has a positive vibe and energy about it. They are well managed! Stop searching! This is where you want to do your banking.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best customer service experience. I had walked in to the credit union with an intent to withdrawal funds from a different credit union. (I bank with Delta Community). I was told Peach State could do the transfer as they are a co-op organization and this location was close to home. I went into the building to request the amount in cash and the first employee told me he wasn’t able to get into the delta community portal as he was blocked. He stated I needed to call Delta Community. I did so within the building as the first employee went out on lunch. The Delta Community rep on the phone stated I needed to give the ACH of my savings account because it holds access to all my accounts for the teller to login. I mentioned this to the second employee.The second employee I tried this with stated she was receiving a code 88. I called Delta community again and they offered to stay on the phone with me while speaking to the second Peach state employee since they stated NOTHING was blocking my account. I asked if the second Peach state employee could speak with the delta community rep on the phone to help rectify the situation and she stated “No, we don’t talk on the phone to them” WOW!!. Refusing to help a customer. Not only that but she stated “ma’am there are other customers behind you” very inconsiderate! We tried to input the ach, micr # and it still wouldn’t work. The last response this second employee told me was to go through the atm to retrieve partial amount and then come back in and get the remainder. WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THAT THE FIRST TIME?!I left this location and went out my way to the delta community branch as I was already frustrated. I told them this situation and a rep asked me “did they even say why they can’t talk to one of us on the phone?” & also stated “that’s unheard of”.Needless to say, I won’t be returning. If it’s tough to do your job and have decent customer service then you shouldn’t be doing this job.
