I can’t not like a store with dogs on leashes following their person around. Petsmart here in Loganville has a friendly staff and more than anything my cats could enjoy. Iams cat food, temptations cat treats, tropical fish…
I never feed them tropical fish. When I kept a few orphaned fish, the cats were fascinated. Those fish were never on the menu!

Went in the get my Yorkie groomed for the 1st time. Booked the appointment online for the full bath and haircut. This should be at the owners discretion!! Get there and was told they could only do a trim, bath nail trim and if I wanted teeth cleaning. I asked how much this would be at the price came to I believe $69!! The full package I booked was only $42!! I took the teeth cleaning off and it still came to $49!! Still more than the full package I originally booked!! Less service for more money!! Make it make sense!! I will not be using PetSmart again even when my Jasper is old enough for a full groom!! These people are doing nothing but ripping people off!!?

Erika B has done our dog Stomry a few times and everytime its amazing. She is always so friendly and will ask tons of questions to ensure she is providing the best service. Stormy is a whole diva everytime because of how great her hair comes out. Thank you so much Erika ?

I will not utilize the grooming salon at this location in the future. My service was not completed, which is the first time I’ve ever had such an issue at a PetSmart grooming location. The groomer said my dog had behavioral issues and was too rowdy for service, but has been groomed 3 other times at other PetSmart locations with absolutely no issues reported to me. There’s another review that mentions a similar scenario with this groomer (she has a very large birthmark on her face)….so beware: her name is Georgia S. If there were true behavior issues, the service should have been stopped immediately. Georgia was not there when I went to retrieve my dog (probably hiding in the back), so I don’t believe that at all. When I got there, my dog wasn’t even bathed fully and still half wet, and I was charged $38 for that. Poop was left on his backside. If you find a groomer you like, stick with that groomer. I will continue to utilize the Snellville location (Larkin is wonderful). This location was booked and Larkin was booking far out, so that should tell you there. I should have known better.
EDIT- I did call back to the store when I got home because I had an hard time justifying in my head paying for a half of a bath. I did speak to a supervisor who promised a refund or the chance to have the service redone. I will never subject my dog to this location ever again.

I would rate negative stars if I could. Horrible customer service in the grooming salon. Horrible attitudes. I drove quite a distance because they had availability… Now I know WHY they have availability! I had to walk out as I don’t make it a habit of patronizing businesses that treat you with such blatant disrespect. If you didn’t want to work, stay home. NEVER AGAIN.

It is very hard to find cat groomers so when I discovered Petsmart had one I was ecstatic. She didn't disappoint. She did a dry wash because my cat wasn't having the water. She smells Downy fresh now. She also cut and capped her nails. My groomer was fantastic and we will continue our services. I highly recommend.

Everything you need. Helpful staff. Loud birds though lol. Got some dog urine spray that worked pretty well. Scouts Honor was the brand, all natural . Lots of parking.
