This location is garbage at doing their job, did a lab test at 8:30 am and advised twice it has to be STAT (4-6 hour turnaround time). 4:30 now and the doctors office is closed that needed the results TODAY and quest has no idea where the test is. Don't come here unless you want to waste your time

I was nervous rea Reading the other reviews regarding service and being in pain after I left. When I arrived my orders had not been received by Quest from the doctor. Jasmine was very patient after she did my initial test that she had orders for and waited for my doctor to send the orders it only took a few minutes for the orders to come through however she did have an option not to wait. Jasmine customer service was amazing she was patient. I had to be stuck twice due to the orders not being there initially I felt nothing either time. The rest of the staff I observed was happy and joking with patients and each other in a professional manner the office was clean. I checked in online. My appointment was at 10:30 even with my delay I was out before 11:00. I definitely recommend this spot and if needed will return to this location. The technicians are all working so there's no person sitting at the front desk waiting to ask you what you need everything is automated when I checked in virtually My name was on the board by the time I walked in. This works for me

The visit I had was so good. I was in and out in no time. The nurse was like "we are done". I said "huh" like I was confused. I never see a doctor office be so fast. And do the job so well. Thanks

There was nobody at the front desk to talk to when I arrived at 1 PM and then again when I came back at 1:40 PM. Setting up an appointment over the phone and on the kiosk was not very easy (I would have liked to see a list of available appointment times). I also prefer talking to a real person, not a robot.

Lab tech Fiona (?) is simply amazing. I’m very difficult to draw but she does it effortlessly! The lab is ALWAYS clean, neat and welcoming.

There needs to be someone at the front desk. Period. For customer service as well as safety of employees and patients in the back. Other than that, the facility is nice, and practitioners are professional and courteous!

I have been using Quest Diagnostics for 12 years. My experience today was less that good. I arrived at 12 for a confirmed appointment to learn that the Dr. had not sent an order. At 2 a fax was received with me in the nurse's work station. I was sent out of the office to wait while a Walk-In was taken before me. The person helping me was not courteous and reflected aggravation with me over the situation. Justine could have been more understanding of the situation. Valerie, tried to be of help and was very courteous. I went by on Monday of this week to confirm all was well, the person who waited on me told me it could not be confirmed except on the day of the appointment. If help had been given on that day, I would not have had a three hour wait in trying to have blood drawn.

I just had the best visit at Quest Diagnostic Loganville, Georgia with Ms. Phiona. My. Wait was 1 minute, she made me feel like family & for the first time ever I did not feel the needle. I would love to recognize Ms. Ohioan for her overall excellent performance caring for me today. Thank You Ms. Phiona, we need more of you in this world. My Best Always!!
