Good location with competitive pricing. Receipt paper is constantly out at the pump, no matter which pump. Go inside and 3-5 employees are talking with one at the register so wait in line to get a receipt I should have had already at the pump. Has happened on numerous occasions. Not typical of QTs.

Restroom needed some TLC — makes for a poor experience from the get-go. Otherwise, the crew was kind & efficient.

While the place is super clean and bathrooms super tidy, no trash really anywhere, etc...
I feel for what the gossipping was happening about other employees. "she could argue it is a skill issue" is what the cashier said to a gentlemen. me mentally: "so your turning your back to a customer because you do not value a customer, and here you are instead of TREATING the customer like a customer, you are instead gossipping about other employees." You have 0 clue what I even look like, and whoever you were just gossipping about now knows through this review that said person is being ostricised behind his/her/their back. I disdain ostricisation, and even in the work place, there needs to be some level of professionalism even to the customers that heard this. This level of professionalism in the workplace is "oh its all about me, but customers i can't even look at." That made me a bit uncomfortable and feels like I should report this incident to qt hr over.

Eh! Don't use the debit/credit tap option at the pump. It never works and the system will lock up. You will end up having to go inside or move to a different pump. QT isn't like it use to be. Not as clean inside or out. I pumped gas and have oil all over the bottom of my shoes. Bathrooms rarely clean now a days.

Hardly ever have fountain drinks available or coffee machines working. cashier that I normally see speaks very quietly, and will not speak up if you ask her to even if you’re hard of hearing.

Everytime we come to this location there are never any fountain drinks available. What's the sense in having all them drinks to not be able to choose any. Will be going to racetrack from now on

Had a coupon for a small coffee and donut with a hole. Went to the register. The clerk said the coupon doesn’t work. I ask her if she put that it’s a SMALL coffee and donut WITH a hole. She says yes and that the coupon is the issue.Goes to get the manager, comes back, he tells her exactly what I had said. Not only did she lie about what she put and try to charge me more, she also told me I was wrong when I’ve previously worked at a QT for 2 years.Within seconds of that interaction, someone else she just serviced comes in and tells her he can’t pump his gas that he just paid her for. She says she accidentally put it on the wrong pump.Can QT please add extra math and computer training to their onboarding. It’s ridiculous sometimes.

I love this Quick Trip the coffee is delicious but they could have more options of creamer, but rather than that I love this Quick Trip and it has amazing foods and I love their Buffalo hot sauce and I have lasting memories with my daughters there.

Regardless of when you go in the store, they never have coffee. The ladies in the store are rude at best one is particularly rude. The store is dirty ice machines are always broke coffee if there is any is always cold with the exception of two or three times that I’ve been in and unfortunately this is the only QT close by.
