I've been banking at the Truist Bank branch in Loganville for over a year now since moving to Loganville from Virginia. I have really enjoyed working with Heaven Hardin who is a teller at the bank. Heaven has always provided me with excellent customer service when I have visited the bank and is always very professional, courteous, and friendly. Heaven also makes a point to thank me personally for banking with Truist Bank after I have completed my transaction. Heaven is an exceptional employee and I have really enjoyed working with her, as well as, the other tellers at the Truist Bank branch in Loganville.

Slow as Christmas. So many people working there but none appear to be helping anyone.

I have several accounts at the Loganville branch. Everyone there is helpful and friendly. The Grayson branch is very different from the Loganville branch, though. Grayson tellers are unfriendly and sometimes even rude. As a result, I moved everything over to Loganville. If it hadn't been for the people at the Loganville branch, I would have left Truist.

What kind of business lets their machines get serviced and/or refilled during their peak business hours. You now have two atms at this location but neither one can be used on a Friday at lunch time…..really. That seems like a bad management decision.

If this were the only truest location I would pull both corporate and personal accounts immediately. Thankfully there are branches that focus on customer service.

Just so horrible. I went in today to open an account for a new business, when I walked in there were no other customers, except the people that were in the office talking to the person, who I suppose, was the only person that could handle "other" banking business. I was told by a teller to sign the pad and the office person would get to me "soon". The lady who I presume was the manager was running around to various locations and also said the office person would get to me soon, then she left. After waiting for over 40 minutes, one of the customers in the office emerged for a bathroom break and then went back in, I took that as my cue to leave. I tried calling, but the person in the business department couldn't help. I give up.

Customer service nonexistent. The woman helping a customer was on the phone with customer service on how to fix this man's account. Didn't seem like a whole lot was getting done. They need more customer service representatives. I needed to do a wire transfer, so I walked out. Apparently the folks had already been helped for over an hour.....

It would be nice if their hours of operation were posted on their website Of course all of us that came from suntrust realized that it's just now a big mess and no longer the quality of suntrust. You go through the drive-through, on the back of the check for deposit only give them that and your driver's license and the 1st thing the person does Is ask if you want to make a deposit,

This place isn't closed but it might as well be. They closed the better location near the McDonald's on Hwy 78. The worst drive thru from a bank I've ever been to 25 mins plus to deposit something come on get it together, I wouldn't go here if I didn't have to for my job. Do bank here unless you have nothing to do in your life!!!!!!

While I’ve been with the same bank since 2006, when BB&T purchased Main Street Banks (no issues), Now that 2 big banks have merged let’s close all the old BB&T locations and use our Suntrust Locations. That would be great if the locations were large enough to service the customer base. This is 11:00 on Friday. This bank is built to have 4 tellers, 2 for the lobby and 2 for the drive thru. How are you going to serve the customers you have in a timely manor? I spent over 20 minutes standing in this line and it was longer when I was finally served. It’s not anyone at the branches fault, they were wonderful and I’m sure way over worked. Do better Truist, if you wanna be a mega bank you need to build mega branches.

This branch all together is awful. Customers are already struggling due to the merge...no reason to make it worse on us. The tellers are incredibly rude. Management needs to look into this branch.

Cannot handle BBT transactions despite merging with them over 2 years ago and canceling Saturday hours at BBT. OFF to good start Truist. Didn't think customer service could get worse than BBT.
