The only person I’ve dealt with at the Loganville branch is Debbie, and she is great. I love the ATM because it gives you a customized set of bills. If you want 20 ones and 10 fives you can get that. I’ve never had an ATM that does that before. My only complaint is the amount of time you have to wait for a deposit to clear. I don’t know if that is typical but it seems excessive.

I don't understand. If the bank cleared the check. Then, who the heck are you to go through that again and giving me a problem to give cash even tho after taking the money out of my account. It's because they wanted to keep that money somehow, Which I didn't let them. Better luck next time.

Phone system sucks, can never reach a real person. No phone number for local branch. Have NEVER been able to access my account online. The people are fine it's the So called automated computer system that SUCKS!

My experience with Synovus Bank has been excellent. I moved to the area and now using their Loganville branch. Recently a new manager I believe...Jeff had been great.However, the true heart in this bank in my opinion is Debbie Harper and bank staff who know you as family but super smart, honest, very efficient and knowledge of the industry at large.Online banking site excellent but you can have personal advice, etc in the bank without a hassle or less than above par assistance without long lines, sitting while they "try" to find your account.Debbie Harper is straightforward, honest, with years of experience. Never have had a less than great experience at SYNOVUS!Debbie is a superstar! In this market, stick with someone you can trust. She's got a proven track record⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I walked in and have had to sit for over 30 minutes no one said Hello. Multiple agents walked past didn’t say hello, or ask me to assist. The manager Jon was behind me in his office the entire time. When I asked him is there anyone else who could assist he looked as though I was bothering him. Not to mention I did close the account today. This is just ridiculous service. An hour to update my address. Please trust the reviews that people took time to write.

Arguably one of the worst banks I've ever visited. The regional manager, Phil Bettendors, is an incompetent leader - at best. Just closed my accounts today after a horrible experience yesterday. Never again!

Stay away from this bank. The $1200 limit on your own money is ridiculous. You have to call and speak to clueless reps (and spend an hour on the phone) to get an increase each time on your own money!!!!! So many other banks that deserve your business. This will forever be a low rate, B grade bank. Lost my business forever.

Synovus is just such a great bank! the staff was so helpful to me and as soon as i walked in, i could feel they had my best interest and were ready to help me in the best way possible!

This bank is a waste of time. Beware: The mobile deposit has a limit of $2,000. So if you need to deposit $2,001.00, you will not be able to use this feature. Further more, the atm will not accept your checks. I tried 14 times with different types of checks. Synovous is so behind the times. I could not be more disappointed in a local bank. I will never use another local bank. Sometimes, it pays (or accepts your money) to go with the bigger businesses.

We have been here at this bank for many years, Some of the staff has changed but I a sure you Jaylene and that staff will take very good care of you. we are very pleased with the service at this branch. Go to a Bank of America or a wells Fargo and see if they know who you are or if they even care. Most banks anymore you are just a number. Not here they really do appreciate your buisness

Besides the fact that these old white hags are completely racist they refuse to allow you to cash payroll checks. They have a 1200 dollar spending limit on your debit card per day!!!! Do not use this institution at all they are completely worthless. I had two accounts they would only ever deposit money in one saying they couldnt find the other and eventually closed out the account. They are ignorant and useless
