“As a delivery driver, I couldn’t be more pleased with the delivery process. I came in, docked, and they signed my paperwork. They had originally wanted to send me off with another loaded trailer, but due to how late it was in the day on a Friday, they concluded that I wouldn’t have enough time to get the load to it’s destination, so I bobtailed out. The trip to Loganville, GA was good, and the scenery along the way was fantastic. I’ll run their loads any day.”
“Very professional and empathetic. Advised me I had 2 old tires from my 1st set. Warned me the sensor was on the busted spare and it would alarm. Most vital, he listened and addressed my concerns. Loganville location has a whole different vibe.
I was told at the Conyers location the tire was discontinued. After the attendant checked, discovered it was not discontinued and I was entitled to a new tire that had to be ordered. When the last tire were mounted, I got home and discovered my undercarriage was hanging down. Conyers local attendent never said a word. I got under the car and pushed it back up. The car was riding rough. One of the bolt to hold the rim is completely broken. They never mentioned it. You can't miss it changing the tire. Just inconsiderate and totally lacking empathy.
Very sad attendant from Loganville ph and basically advised he got the same run around. Second set of tires and I have 2 old tires from my 1st set. Why did you mount a tire with a hole in it as a spare?”

“Found this shop through a Google search in my area. Mom & Pop/family-owned vibes. They quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed my car. They didn't bust my head with pricing, fair and similar to a previous quote I received from another shop. A little bit of a wait but I did not mind given that I was a walk-in with other cars ahead of me. Mechanic and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.”
“This place was a breath of fresh air from normal oil change places. I love how Loganville Ford has their own maintenance center. The package comes with a free tire rotation attached with the oil change. I also appreciate the place to work and prepare on my laptop while I wait. The water and snacks for free were an added bonus! Thankful for a new place to get an oil change and take good care of my Bronco!”
