I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from the manager, Melinda C, at the Loganville location. She was unable to return an item I had purchased and had the receipt for. She told me that the item could not be returned due to their store policy. I can respect employees following policy. However, when I was purchasing the item I asked the cashier if I can return it if it doesn’t work out for me and she said yes…but when I was returning it they were very rude and said I can’t return even though I had my receipt….VERY RUDE

Location is great. The only other discount retailers are in Snellville or monroe. However the variety of items that have is lacking. You would think they would jam pack the store considering it's the only one around that area. Store is clean customer service is good. Just get this store some more product to sell

Rude. I was standing in the jewelry section waiting in line patiently. To check out and the lady tells me too bad. You have to go over there. She wouldn't take my money. She instructed me that if I was not purchasing jewelry. She could not ring me up. So I left with nothing.

Love shopping here at this location the store is very well organized and nicely stocked, the employees are helpful. The line was long. I needed an item that I forgot I asked an individual by the name of Major, did they have any in stock? He confirmed that they did from what he know that they have inside the store I asked if he mined bringing me three boxes of them, He went and got it for me and that meant a lot versus me having to get out of line and get back behind 13 different individuals. Thanks again.
