Black lady in morning with Caribbean language has an attitude. Only been twice. Never again. And Follow up message below can't help her skills dealing with public. I only ask about $2.50 charge for computer use when not using PC only sent email to print a document. Fire that lady and get someone that is happy about working and provide great customer service skills. And not snap on customers when asking about information that customer doesn't know. Thanks.

The manager is ridiculous! I called in to ask how much it was for a notary and she was rude. When I asked for the manager she said she was and I was shocked that she would be talking to a customer who’s calling to inquire about fees for services. She said her name was Ms. Hansen ( if she told the truth). People are showing up to work and don’t even want to be asked a question!
I love the heritage location and I’m mad that i even considered calling another one…. Only because it was closer.

The Guy was not Helpful or curtious, possibly because im a Person Of color. He gave Indian couple curtious Friendly greetings. I wont do any business there!!!

The hours are great, I can access my PO Box 24 hrs, I do not have to worry about my packages being delivered AND cheaper than my box at a different location that’s less convenient! Winning!

My elderly mother came up there to get papers notarized. The way the employee talked to my mom was unacceptable. All it takes is kindness if there’s an error. The older generation needs guidance at times. Patience and kindness. No need to scold an elderly woman. Will not be back.

Every time I visit this location, everyone is so friendly, happy and efficient!! Not only to myself, but every customer is greeted with pleasantries no matter how busy they are.It is obvious that exceptional Customer Service is everyone’s priority ????‼️
