I dropped off 10 packages to this location. I made sure that I counted 10 items on my receipt, but didn't realize that the rep scanned one item twice. I called the next day when my refund wasn't issued by Amazon. I spoke with the rep who helped me and he remembered me. He told me that it would be scanned in at the warehouse and to give it a few days. It has been three days. I called back and now they are giving me the runaround saying I need to call UPS's general number. Why when it doesn't seem like the package was ever given to anyone? After reading another review, this is not the first they have lost or stolen a package. Do not go to this location with multiple packages unless you are prepared to cross-reference each package with your receipt.

Just had to go in and have something printed for me and help with a return. Lalita (sorry, I'm probably spelling it incorrectly) helped me. She was very friendly. Very efficient. Was able to quickly answer every question and guide me through every step. The store was very busy and yet she took her time and was incredibly pleasant to interact with. Thank you for your help and making the experience seamless and smooth.

Usually dread returning packages but Laleta made the process so easy, she is always super helpful and always has a smile on her face when a customer enters.

The new staff is awful and not helpful. Can't walk you through the steps of a return because the language barrier. ""OH no you do wrong" isn't the proper way of assisting a customer. Please bring back the old staff,they were so helpful with non tech savvy people and I appreciated that.

I’m so happy I found this UPS store! This store has convenient hours Monday through SUNDAY unlike other stores who are closed on Sundays. I was there today for a return the process was quick and seamless there were no lines, I literally walked in then walked out. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous. Besides shipping the UPS store has mail boxes, a notary and faxing just to name a few services.

Excellently run UPS store, I was able to get my packages shipped out efficiently. Ms. Laleta was so friendly and able to assist me! I’ll be back to this location in the future to ship out my packages.
