I have had a po box for years i always recieve a notice in box when rent is due. No notice and no mail anymore. no notice and key still opens box. tried to pay this morning and payment refused. had to rent a new box. tthe service is terrible and i dont understand why i cant have old box which my key still fits.

A package was delivered and crammed into a standard mailbox. Once I pulled the package out, items fell out of a CUT package. My guess, the driver. He seen me walking up the drive and in a hurry crammed it in the mailbox and quickly drove off. I guess the have it to where you can't add a photo. Either way, it's a 1 ⭐.

8.12.2025 - As I was getting my mail from the box/locker in my neighborhood. Ahkeel, with USPS pulled up to the mail station to distribute mail for the neighborhood. He had a box for me and was kind enough to take it out the USPS truck and place it in my vehicle. Stay blessed Ahkeel and thank you
