A package was delivered and crammed into a standard mailbox. Once I pulled the package out, items fell out of a CUT package. My guess, the driver. He seen me walking up the drive and in a hurry crammed it in the mailbox and quickly drove off. I guess the have it to where you can't add a photo. Either way, it's a 1 ⭐.

8.12.2025 - As I was getting my mail from the box/locker in my neighborhood. Ahkeel, with USPS pulled up to the mail station to distribute mail for the neighborhood. He had a box for me and was kind enough to take it out the USPS truck and place it in my vehicle. Stay blessed Ahkeel and thank you

My niece sent a package to my address in NW Ga. It stayed at the post office for 3 days. When it was mailed, it went NE on I-85 to Greensboro, NC, instead of north through Atlanta on I-75. I think they decided to send it on the longest route to my home.

I came to the post office to inquire about this order. The young lady I spoke to at first with the glasses was kind and no issues. She asked me to wait while she looks into it. So I waited. Again. No issues. Another lady, heavy set and has a tattoo, asked me to come up. She asked if I received packages from the company, which I have. No problems. She then said she ‘thinks’ it was a scam. I assured her it wasn’t. She then explained it was sent to Pennsylvania, but my tracking number had it delivered at my address. She again insists that the package was delivered elsewhere. She said she saw a picture of the package. I asked to see the package wherei it was delivered. Her tone changed, mine didn’t. Every time I tried to explain myself, she spoke over me. I knew where this was going. This entire interaction was weird.
I know this is government so no one is going to care, but whoever delivers packages to my house has continuously lost my stuff. It happened again. Today. And now what am I suppose to do? That was very important and I needed it today, but your inept branch doesn’t care enough to be bothered. I hope this entire operation is defunded. Yall are absolutely worthless.

Not allowed to drop packages off, employees claim drop off is broken. It's not broken, they have it locked. Anything to minimize the amount of work they have to do. No accountability, worst post office ever.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Try to avoid this post office at all cost. I have had a total of 3 packages 📦 stolen or misplaced in year. I’m a business owner and makes no sense to deal water internal thieves in this place. When asked why my package is shown delivered on my all but not in my PO Box; ladies in front can’t give me an answer or solution to get what I paid for. I’m sick of it and I will take this up with corporate. You shouldn’t have to worry about your packages not making it to the destination. Whom ever is on duty as mail distributor or handler on 7/12/25 between hours of 6am-10am at location needs to be reprimanded. I will make sure this gets to whomever to get this resolved as this is unacceptable and my package is still lost but shows delivered. Terrible

I run a small business and afew times in a week , i ship through this Postal Branch!It’s a little bigger and staffed compared to the Grayson branch but the level of customer service here is below average.Long ques for the most part and the ladies who works upfront seem not motivated to assist customers.I recall one day , after having stood in the line for a long time , the lady upfront told me to tape the shipping labels on my boxes!Whilst its expected of a customer to have their shipping labels on the boxes , she could have offered me some plastic slips to insert my shipping labels .Wish they would fix their attitude!

The Loganville post office has got to be the slowest bunch of humans on the face of the Earth. You walk in there there’s a huge line and the people behind the counter have zero sense of urgency to them. Zero energy Walking as slow as they possibly can from one place to another. This is the second and last time I will use this post office. The last time a package that I paid for a second day shipping took five days to get to the destination. Tracking showed that it was sitting in Loganville for two days before it ever left. I mailed another package yesterday and 24 hours later is still sitting in Loganville. The entitled, union minded, irreplaceable attitude of the employees that work there is alarming. Ship from Monroe post office? Very fast and efficient. Ship from The Statham Post office? Fast and efficient. But if you send it from Loganville… Good luck.

Worst post office around. Tons of excuses to get you to leave so they don't have to look for your package and waste their time. Yes I'm talking about the dark skinned lady with the diamond tattoo on her chest browsing her phone and didn't want to do a damn thing to help. Tracking says it's there! She didn't even bother to look up the tracking number when she saw the delivery date on my phone! Useless!!

This is always a fun place to visit. They like you to know what you’re going to do when you get here. There is mail drop off of various modalities and you can go through the line and talk to from one to five employees who can help you with whatever you have to get done.
The employees here are always extremely busy, but also extremely helpful. They don’t have time for small talk, but they are very efficient at getting things done.
There is a little office to get your passport in this post office. I am assured that it takes an appointment and a good amount of time to get a passport anywhere. That would suggest that here is also a place where an appointment would be appreciated.

After reading the reviews I can tell this post office is a joke. I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address by someone who isn’t usually a delivery driver (like why have them even on a route ?) the package was mistakenly delivered on Monday & I couldn’t start a claim until 24hrs later.. normally I wouldn’t be upset mistakes happen, but I am upset with the customer service they have provided. They originally told me that my carrier was not on route that day & she would pick it up & redeliver it but they were going to go ahead & close my case. Why close my case if I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY PACAKGE ??! I had to create a new claim which made it to the district office. I get a call from my local branch which I missed due to being at work & receive a voicemail from Ms Marquisha stating that they are sooo sorry & they’ve been trying to retrieve the package but no one is responding when they try to get my package back. Doesn’t sound like my problem, you shouldn’t have had someone who “doesn’t typically deliver” be delivering anything . This is a huge inconvenience for me because this package was specifically for my birthday which is this weekend. Glad to know I can’t count on them to get my packages to me in a timely manner. Also what a way to start off my birthday week by trying to correct a mistake that I didn’t even make. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE
