Went here today to handle a very complicated issue involving an estate. Our banking associate, Nat, was amazing. She was fast, kind, methodical and meticulous. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with this. If you have any issues, she’s the one to see. I’m not just saying that. She also speaks Spanish if you need.

Literally the WORST BANK EVER!!! The ATM stole my card & wouldn't return it & they charge a monthly service fee for the pleasure of being screwed by them every month!!! I closed my accounts with them and recommend everyone else do so too. Every time I turned around they were stealing money from me and manipulating the order of transactions so that my account would bounce even though there was enough money to covertly everything. They're theives, don't bank with them.

Unfortunately, Wells Fargo still lives up to it's reputation of poor customer service. I have deposited around $60,000 in deposits over the last three months upon opening a business account and it is difficult to receive simple follow up communication, calls or emails for applications or other. Also it would be nice from time to time to reach out to see how you can be of service like some other banks do who receive less deposits from me. If you want to be considered as just a number and feel unappreciated by all means get an account at Wells Fargo.

We just needed some documentation notarized & stopped in at BOA - where we waited for 15 minutes only to leave when no one would help us.We went to our Wells Fargo Bank and Lorie got us taken care of immediately! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable, we are happy with the great customer service at our Wells Fargo! Thank you so much for being so great!

Loganviile Wells Fargo restored my faith in customer service. I tried to open an account for my 13 year old at another location and was too no because it was 4:20 PM, they close at 5 PM and it takes 45 minutes to open a new account.I left that location and came to Loganville where they essentially told me the same thing. However, they smiled, interacted with my 13-year-old son, got him excited about his 1st account and made an appointment for me to return. They were so friendly and nice even given me bad news. I felt good about the customer service experience.

I like the fact that I can use my overdraft coverage when desperately in need but since I filed chapter 7 it's like that feature disappeared from my account which is unfair bc my direct deposit have been going their since 2012 when I opened my account, so why the hell would they take the most important and helpful feature off of my account??

Went to open up a savings account and Jessi was literally so helpful and nice. She educated me on everything and made sure I knew how to navigate the system. She also gave me a lot of great advice for my future. She needs a raise!!

What a waste of a wells fargo only 2 people to help you besides the tellers but got all these empty desk and people sitting in there office avoiding customers... want be back to this location.. been here over an hour and still no help form anyone, Tonya come up to the people behind us to take her in her office and didnt even care to ask what i needed or what ahe could do for me she just assumed she couldnt help me.. wouldnt even listen to anything i had to say.. very rude and disrepectful... now we been waiting here for over and hour they finally bring another accountant out.. get it together wells fargo

This Wells Fargo branch is great. They have gone out of there way to make sure I was a happy customer. When they changed the branch hours, it effected me, but I understand why they did it.
