“Very professional and empathetic. Advised me I had 2 old tires from my 1st set. Warned me the sensor was on the busted spare and it would alarm. Most vital, he listened and addressed my concerns. Loganville location has a whole different vibe.
I was told at the Conyers location the tire was discontinued. After the attendant checked, discovered it was not discontinued and I was entitled to a new tire that had to be ordered. When the last tire were mounted, I got home and discovered my undercarriage was hanging down. Conyers local attendent never said a word. I got under the car and pushed it back up. The car was riding rough. One of the bolt to hold the rim is completely broken. They never mentioned it. You can't miss it changing the tire. Just inconsiderate and totally lacking empathy.
